I am not pleased with the services I recieved for my 2018 taxes. I have called and text for 2 weeks straight and still no reply. I called the IRS and they informed me they never received my tax papers. I had to send them a copy of my copy and now I have to wait another 6 weeks to hear something back. Geeezzz Thank You Mimi!

Would not give a star if it was an option. This place is a complete joke!!! Not only did I have an issue but my boyfriend and his sister as well!! Ok 1st thing, you are promised a $50 gift card just for filing with them. They conveniently were "out" when we went but would receive 40% off of our filing fees which after discount were still close to $300 smdh. That's not even the beginning. I applied for an advance on my return and was supposed to receive said advance within 48 hours. After 4 days I called and received the runaround. Runaround continued for a week, no one would return my phone calls so finally I had to go up to the office. The bank funding the advances has refused to even work with this sham of a place so I would not receive an advance and my taxes have been sitting in limbo for over a week not even filed!!!! My filing fees were waived and taxes have been filed. Now with my bf. 10 days later his taxes have not even been accepted. No email from IRS, can't track it. Nothing. Now he gets the complete runaround. Managers have no idea what is going on, there's never anyone to talk to and they give a corporate number that is a voicemail. Completely disgusted with our service, will never file with them again and will continue to use turbo tax!!! Just appalled at how our personal information and taxes have been treated.
