Car wash is great and employees are friendly.
However, the vacuums are terrible quality and hard to use. Vacuums are often free at other car washes so it was extra disappointing that I spent $4 to use these. The vacuum hose detached from the motor because it wasnt fastened tightly enough. The nozzle is narrow so it takes longer to get full coverage, the hose on one side had almost no suction so I had to move my car twice while the meter was running to get both sides and the trunk.
If you need to vacuum your car go somewhere else.

The vacuums are always clogged and broken. It doesn’t matter what time of day. Very poor management.

They are open when it's cold! I went to 15 other car washes trying to wash salt off. Mikes is the only place open when it's cold. So if you need to wash salt off don't waste your time anywhere else come here! I recently got a membership at take 5. They are never open. So mikes has my business from now on!

No free vacuum. I asked for the full service and the guy didnt tell me they dont have it. I ended up wiping my car. My first and last car wash with them. Paid total 26$.

This place is a joke of a car wash. Came the other day and just got a basic wash for $11, barely even made it into the wash and the chain apparently stopped working. Meanwhile, my driver and passenger windows are continuously getting blasted with soap and the rest of my car is sticking out not being sprayed. There were 3 employees trying to fix it and kept coming up to my front window to talk to me (yes the one covered in soap) so I had to keep rolling down the rear window and turning around to talk to them out of that. They kept turning the soap back on then back off and coming up to talk to me again. All of this lasted about 10 minutes and then it began working, only for us to basically get pushed right through and the only clean part of my car was those two windows. I was super irritated as I had my kids in the car who are already a bit weary of car washes, and then I pulled around to find out you have to pay for vacuums! What? At no other car wash in the area do you have to pay to vacuum, Thomas Car Wash is right down the street and such a better value. They had all these creepy stuffed animals all over the place and it really just was so weird. I called and spoke to the girl who was "fixing" the car was and asked for a refund. She told me she knew it was "a less than ideal wash" and offered a rewash to which I declined. Then she said if I wanted a refund I'd have to come back and go inside which I had already left to go to the other car wash so I wasn't going to go back. Buyer beware, this place is a rip off & I'll never go back.

Went to car wash Ultimate and ended up with wax streaks on the car sides.. called up customer care and they did responded positively but I think after car wash someone needs to make a check before driving off.
