JJ went out of his way to get me, my new e-bike and bike carrier on the road. He went the extra mile to modify an adapter to fit the carrier to my car hitch. Way above and beyond what retail businesses are willing to do to help. Shout to Shiraz for help answer all my questions re: e-bikes.

Yesterday my husband and I walked in the store just to get some ideas and we walked out with a new bike for me! Kristi Drake greeted us with a smile, asked specific questions of what we were looking for, paired me up with a bike with features that were compatible with me, let me take a "test drive" and gave us the best price she could. What a great experience! And, I am very happy!

Bought my last 2 bicycles from Middletown Cycling. Ross and his staff are great at helping you choose the right bike for your needs. Currently looking at electrically assisted Mountain & Gravel Bikes. At 65 yrs old , I'm looking for a little assistance to get up that Mountain.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Amazing customer service hands down. My husband and I were able to get a good feel of the bikes before purchasing. Juan was very informative and explained everything we needed to know about our bikes. I would highly recommend this place!!

They had real good customer service but they don't carry any e bikes that do not require you to paddle and they have no mopeds water this is the management being lazy bums greddy hogs social paths.

Took my son's bike for Tim replacement on a Sunday afternoon. They took care of it while I waited and also tightened the chain and rear disc brake housing-to-frame. Price was reasonable. Excellent shop and also well-stocked.
