Nice, honest folks! I called about 8 different places to get estimates when something hit my windshield and chipped it. These folks were the lowest price and could get me in the fastest. Other places were telling me 2 weeks and Middletown Auto Glass got me in in two days! I brought my car in around 830am and they were done by lunchtime. There was a slight miscommunication at one point, but they were very kind about making it right. Overall, really happy with my choice to do business with these folks. Thanks!

I have a 1997 ford thunderbird. I was wanting them to put in a new headliner for me. Clean out the drains on my sunroof. And have them put me in a new back glass with weather stripping. They said they were to busy to do it. They are very unprofessional and very rude!!! I would not recommend this business!!!

.Dropped my 2012 jetta off at 8 and received a call at 4:30 to arrive by 5 to pick up the car it was about finished , 5pm turned into 5:30. Once getting in my car I noticed the console was broken, headliner sagging, grease on the liner, as well as seeing the backing behind the new liner where the liner was cut to short now exposed and the headliner itself not completely installed. i left the car and returned the next day . After speaking with the own Allie she assured the problem would be resolved end of work day the following day and that the console would be replaced resulting now in 3 days later . Day 3 I called and was advised it would take an additional day as they waited on the console replacement and that the liner was complete. Day 4 I called and was told the same thing so I drove over and to my disbelief I was greeted with a toolbox on my trunk , soda can etc and someone walking buy my car back and fourth as they worked on a bronco seat. They were nowhere close to the completion of my car. The headliner was only dropped, and it was never redone .. After speaking with Allie and promised more false promises the next day I removes the car. Once at the body shop the trunk lid had to be reworked and painted. After the interior inspection it showed the headliner itself was broken in 4 pieces, molding broken , trim broken even the sun visors were broken and that's just the visual inspection. If Middletown had any type of professionalism I would be provided with the company insurance instead of dragging this through court which is where this is going .

The leather on my car seats was torn in multiple places. Middletown Auto Glass and Upholstery did a wonderful job repairing the tears. Thank you!

Very excellent work, they patched up the leather on my Mustang no sweat. They did it fast and I did not have to wait at all for them to start, they got to work on it immediately after I dropped the vehicle off.

Got me in quick. Did a great job fixing the headliner on 2009 Volvo s40. Matched the headliner with stick fabric and very flexible to meet me to pick vehicle up.

Did an AMAZING job on my 2015 mustang convertible top as well as my driver seat needing to be repaired. You seriously can’t even tell there was anything wrong with my seat to begin with! Got a convertible top from them.The first top had a snag in it and the first original owner replaced it.The snag came back again on the second top.Poor quality tops! Reported the problem to the (newest )owner and asked to replace the the top once again.The owner never replied to my calls nor did they make any effort to fix the problem.It’s been over a year now and still no reply! I will never do business there again! I suggest you not also!

Terrible workmanship on a headliner install. Greasy fingerprints everywhere broke the rearview mirror the headliner wasn’t secured and the material was so thick the sunroof wouldn’t function. They did offer to correct the shotty workmanship but unfortunately in the meantime the car was totaled in an accident. I asked for a partial refund and they refused. I would not recommend them and will never go back as a customer.
