I have been 4 times and each time I have been very satisfied. I have gotten pedicures, gel manicures. Great service. Walked in and got seen instantly. Very pleased. I will be back!!!

Not only did I have to wait for an appointment I made, but my service was tragic. The water was so hot I swore my feet were going to sizzle off. Then, the man that did my toes was so aggressive. He scrubbed for way too long, and way too hard! He rushed through my entire pedicure, and quite honestly wasn't paying attention. When finished, my toes were thick and gloppy. I asked him to fix it and he did in such a quick and aggressive manner. It was loud, messy, and a bit smelly. The receptionist checked me out with gloves on that were being used for someone's feet. I would give this place a 0, but since I can't, I give it a 1.

My experience with James at MidCity Nails was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, until the end of my appointment, it was evident that he provided service of the highest caliber.
James along with his peers exuded excellence from the time I was warmly greeted upon arrival and throughout my visit. His gentleness, attention to detail, and dedication were impressive! It was like he knew what I wanted and executed it flawlessly.
James' professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire experience so enjoyable! I am humbled that he went so far above and beyond to ensure that I left the salon feeling satisfied.

Does a good job but almost forces an upsell. I just left and I said I wanted regular polish. I was handed the options for the regular polish and picked a color. As soon as I sat down I was told that I would get gel. I'm passive and didn't want make it a big deal but it was almost double what I was planning to spend. Really love Steven and Henry but I found out today that Steven isn't there anymore. Sometimes nails are different lengths or uneven when theyre stilettos but overall good nails when you keep it simple

I will never return to this location. I have been twice and the older man cut my cuticles on half my fingers. He didn't pull my finger away from the acrylic and started filing into my finger, giving me a scab that has now been on my finger for a week. He also removed my old nails by breaking the edge off and sliding a nail form underneath to pop them off. Any professional would warn against doing this! They also just don't look very good, they look like claws and the tips are crooked. Maybe the others are good and do things properly, but the older man with long chin hairs is not and does not.

I've had my fingernails done there twice and we wanted somewhere close, I saw a review that said to book Mrs Kim, she's great and she was! It was my sister's first pedicure and she wants to come back in two weeks. The service was everything I expected, I have no complaints.

Lisa provided a relaxing pedicure. I was recently in an accident and my foot has been hurt, Lisa took her time with my pedicure, I didn't feel rushed and it was a great experience
