They set up my pin and security question without asking or telling me what it would be, now I have to go all the way back up the store just to get the information. I've only had this service for less than a day and am already regretting switching to metro especially if this how the employees do their jobs.

The worst of the criteria. Rubiel attended to me and deceived me. He sold me 4 phones that according to him were 5G and it turns out that not even 4G works well for him. He does not even have knowledge of the products in the store nor does he seek advice to at least offer good service
