They claim to be open at 10 am and clearly they aren't. Both locations I went to are not open. That isn't very good for people that have only a certain amount of time to do things and relies on the schedule posted on the store doors and google.

The lady and younger man that work here are both great. I have a Metro PCS a little closer to my home, but I prefer to go to this location. Always very professional, friendly, fast and the place is always clean!5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been w metro since 2018 and I've noticed there phones seem to be getting more cheaply made the last phone a rev4 and the the one before it a stylus5 both issues w the charge port leaving.me out about 800 over the past year.I plan on switching to a new company when my next bill is do April 22 other then that everything else was great but if you have a phone and it doesn't charge then you don't have a phone at all..That's just my 2 cents

Don't like the gentleman and young lady that works there they have a really rude attitude when they ask could they help me lol not anymore I've took my business to the one on Dixie highway across from McDonald's way better service there.
