Stop by today to introduce myself. Wanted to give the guys that was working their free food just to welcome myself to the neighborhood and what happened was unreal. This person don't know me. I own several restaurants here in Louisville. The foreign guy that was there with his kid . That's why I didn't let it go father. But to be immediate yelled at and treated like a junkie. I'm assuming that's what he thought I was. since I had a little bit of flour on my shirt from just working. You never know who you might come across. you should treat everyone the same. This one will be going viral once I post this on my social media and for that middle finger that you gave me I got it on my phone. All I was doing was being polite. I have been in business for over 30 years I've never meant anyone like that ever and your threats don't scare me either buddy. I'm just being a bigger man.

I went to the store on West market Street in Louisville Kentucky and Man at this store is very rude and I went to upgrade my phone, he was on the phone cussing at someone and disrespectful to me and my girlfriend. I carry a fully licenseed gun with me where I go because of the issues in my area and he had the nerve to say that I had to go leave it outside. I would recommend not to ever go to this man's store.

When I went to this store to change my service, they told me I was required to purchase $100 worth of accessories and pay for the most expensive phone plan when buying a phone. They told me this is Metro policy which is untrue. I will not be returning to this store or doing business with Metro in the future due to their shady dealings.

Not very happy with the tablet's..they dont due up grades on tablets like they do phones .when i call the metro on my phone the 490 number they say they do ..but yet when i go to the stores they say no..please make a note of this for your customers..NO UPGRADES ON TABLETS
