The store off of 22nd street is very clean, nice looking interior. The young lady heard my issue with my phone and immediately fixed it in about 5 minutes. The store on 18th & Broadway took two hours on my phone and couldn't do anything!!! They obviously didn't know what they were doing.

Lady is rude and haven't been back sense..when I went in there not only was rude to me but she had a couple young ones working that was trying to help..she was awso rude to them .this was a while back .and I said it will be the last time I go back there .and apparently I'm not the only one.. suggestions is to get Reid of her .because I sure don't see many going in there when I pass by

I live in the Portland area and we have our own little community here but there is one of your stores on 22nd street it use to be a really good store everybody went there. Well now the woman that you have working in there is really rude disrespectful and don't care for her job I don't even go there anymore I go out of my area to pay my bill or anything because I don't like the rudeness of your employees I'm very unhappy with your store and dont recomend that store to no one I'm so sorry but I will bot go back to that store.
