1 star because I cannot rate this lower. I called this morning trying to sort out a problem with my son's MetroPCS phone and account, as his phone was lost during an out of state medical emergency. As I was attempting to inquire about keeping the number he's had for 10 years, and asking about trade-ins on other devices or $0-dollar down options, she claimed trade-in options were for existing customers only. As I attempted to explain that he's been a Metro customer for 10 years, she hung up and refused to answer callbacks. This is service? No ?

Was told I needed to buy a new SIM card to use a different phone on an existing account, but all I needed was to have the service transferred on the SIM card I already have, so this employee was either misinformed or lied to me. Went back in the next day to get a refund and was very rudely told that they don't do any refunds, which it says on the receipt, and asked if I would like for her to print me a new receipt so I can see that. I can read, thank you
