Went at this store 03/30/24 there’s a Cuban guy very unprofessional don’t know anything about phones I just needed to transfer my number and service to a new phone he charge me 27$ and my phone wasn’t activated I asked for a refund and he did it but right now I lost my number no phone service on any phone. This kind of store can’t be opened in town. Scam

Pulled up to this store @ 7:30 & the doors were locked. Just change the time online so people can know which one is open. Plus this only makes the other one much busier at closing because everyone is trying to rush to the only store in Louisville that actually closes @ 8

I go to the one on Poplar Level in Louisville. It does not matter what problem I have, or how loud I might get The manager ( Ray) remains calm,(which) calms me down and fixes the problem.

BRENT IS THE MAN! I needed phone service set up for my business and he made it super easy and gave me the best deal in town. I was able to walk out extremely satisfied with not 1, not 2, but 5 phones! In less than 45 minutes! I continue to use him for my phone business from here on out.

Sales rep.. At 18th n Broadway location was horrible my number was never ported i was without a phone for 3 days no one has rectified the situation he charged me for a phone even tho i switched carriers.. So the advertisement is a lie.. Tamara at poplar level location fixed the problem i can now use my phone n was very helpful
