Worst customer service my phone bill was overcharged without me knowing or making any changes to my account I bought a new phone now they're charging me an extra $9 on my account I did not upgrade anything! So I will be leaving metro lost my business

Metro by T-Mobile is my favorite specially the one on hikes Lane I enjoy going over there because they really know how to treat a person and show them how the cell phones actually really work and what to expect

I am happy to share my experience the last time I was in there they worked wonders for me I am a very slow person and I live by myself. So when I went in there I was ecstatic the main manager d was so helpful I just can't tell you and then the district manager was there and he came out and helped me get into the new program his name was Chris Metro by T-Mobile you don't know what kind of a pair you've got there be very thankful for them I will always stay with Metro by T-Mobile as long as dee is there and Chris God bless them. Before I went in there and I could not help myself I was in tears and they brought such a joy to my life

Fast transfer of service from Android to Apple. Accessories were a little pricey but saved an additional stop so worth it.

BEWARE!!! I bought 3 phones and signed up for 4 lines of service at this location. I was overcharged $20 per phone AND charged an additional $50 for each phone for "protection bundle". When I asked what I was paying for I was told a case, screen protector, and first month's insurance. Wrong! It did not include insurance and the store was out of cases. I asked that the charge be removed and was told only the manager or the owner could do that. Of course neither were available. I called back 3 days later and was assured the owner would call me that day. Nope! I called again today and finally received a call back from the manager. When I told her I wanted a refund she said, "That ain't going to happen." When I said I wanted the owner to contact me I was told he does not speak to customers. Not all Metro PCS stores are owned by the same franchise. I wish I had selected a different store.

Started up service at this location and the person who helped me was amazing and is the only reason they aren't getting a worse score from me. I came back to this location to add my family to my plan and the person just didn't want to help us. He looked at us like we were an inconvenience as soon as we enter and told us he only had the most expensive 3 phones in the entire store in stock and nothing else. We are gonna go to another store to set up their lines but I personally don't appreciate being brushed off and glared at. It is your job so do it.

Oh, they are most helpful when getting new service, but go back with a problem and they are the most uncaring and rude individuals. They will take your money and don’t bother to check and see if the phone is working and then won’t refund your money. They are the most rude people, especially, BRENT. Avoid him at especially, better still, just avoid this store.
