I never make comments. But this woman is so nice and customer service really matters, especially now that young people don't know how to behave. This young woman named Victoria was very kind and patient with me. My phone is about 4 years old so it's pretty old and other subways I've been on have told me to get a new phone, but they took the time to actually look at my phone and help me fix it. She cleaned my mic so people could hear me again and amplified my text so I could see better because of my poor eyesight. I'm not going anywhere but her.

The lady there was extremely patient with me, I felt kind of bad because I'm not the smartest when it comes to phones but she reassured me that she was ok helping. She also set up my account with a discount so I'm only paying 30$ for unlimited everything and insurance. Very satisfied, I used to go to boost to pay get my phone's but never again!

The lady working at the Cane Run store is so rude. She has no customer service skills and refuses to take the time to help customer. I will get the corporate number and report her. I work hard for my money and I have to question if Metro T-Mobile is still the right service for me and my family.

Been having trouble with my phone line it was Lots of spam calls I had to get a new number and a new phone and metro had reimburse me. Do not use them go somewhere else.
