I was lied to today. I have a 4g phone. I was told I had to upgrade. NOT TRUE. IWANT A FULL REFUND . And the company next store made volger commitments. Then there supervisor came in to the metro store yelling at me.

Mohammed on 9208 Dixie highway was amazing. I have been with Metro for almost ten years and have NEVER had one person help me out the way I needed. I don't even shake hands with people because of respect but this man truly gained that from me ! Best customer help I have ever experienced without any doubt ! Thank you all ! More importantly... I've had metro since 2010 back in Detroit MI. I've watched them grow to what they are. Never have had any problems at all. Good service for a good price.

Very good custermor service. My phone just can't stay connected in my trailor. Alot of times it goes straight to voice mail when it's on. I bought this phone for more then 1.400 thinking I would get a good signal but it's not happening. I took the phone to them changed Sim card and still don't work very well I hook it to wifi calling and that works half the time It's really disappointing ? I do have a booster box from them,maybe it needs updated I don't know ? ? I wish they could do something to make it work right?
