Worst service of any business I have EVER been involved with! Will not return calls, will not answer emails or text, will not be at office at appointment times. Has had my taxes for months! I wouldn't give a single star if I had the choice!

I went there and gave them my tax information to be filed and here I am May27th without my taxes done apparently. They will not call me back or anything

barely a star from me. I had used them with no problem untill last year. I dropped taxes off 1 week before tax deadline which was my bad. However , never heard back , called several times sent emails with no response! She kept my taxes 4 months ! Then i had to pay 450.00 penalties for paying federal late! I would not recommend them, very unprofessional !

I wouldn't give them a star if I had that option! Both my fiance and my taxes were both messed up! They will not help you!!! I paid them to file my taxes and then had to file again myself! Smh!! Now dealing with more issue this year because of it! Not happy!

Just bring your tax documents in. Sit down. Answer a few questions. In an amazingly short time your taxes are filed and finished. My return was well pleasing. The service was great.
