I would be lost with this Menards! I fulfill so many of my needs in Real Estate. I love the selections of lighting. I love the appliances. I love the junk food section. I love the lock and door section. I love the lumber yard! I love the back of the house folks that put up with my 1 million orders. They are all a blessing!

Favorite store. This place has sooooo many good deals. Wonderful helpful staff. Clean bathrooms tidy store. Bought a $20 wireless doorbell for $1.00 brand new.

I like Menards and have spent a lot of money at Menards doing my never ending house renovation seems like. but please don’t order their mastercraft doors, they have absolute trash frames for the interior doors and have no quality control. The interior doors are hard to install without them falling apart from the particle board frames with a few brads holding them together. Spent over 2k on an exterior double door only to find out it was milled wrong after installation. One door is almost 3/8” lower on the frame so they don’t line up and can’t adjust threshold to seal out the air gap. Had to put in a longer strike plate just to get the door to latch. Contacted mastercraft for help and after all kinds of measuring and sending pictures they agreed it was a defect. They sent a replacement frame to the store for me to go pick up. as soon as i open the box when i get it home I see that it’s damaged. The cardboard on outside was in perfect shape so it had to happen at the factory and someone just packaged it up and sent it anyway. Waiting to hear back from the email I sent today on what to do about that. Customers should not have to deal with this much aggravation and trips to the store just to get a working product that they paid good money for.

Store is amazing! Clean and very organized. However, it was the first Menards I have been in that didn't scan a picture of my rebate card. They insisted on the actual paper card. Stores in Ohio don't require the card.

This place never gives us our 11%. The pickup is in the very back, but you can’t drive to the back unless you get certain items. So you have to go to the very back of the store, then for some reason you have to check out at the front of the store. On top of it they charge you for pickup.
I’m over this store, I’ll never be back.

My wife and my sister family experience a horrible service from one of the department manager (Ethan),Louisville Preston hwy location, someone from Menards misplaced the tag and I unfortunately liked that vinyl flooring and like the price as well but the price was different at the register and front desk cashier call manager to verify the price and I walk with manage to show the price from the tag and he seems mad and told me that’s a wrong item , I understand this happened in a huge store but the manager behaves different than I usually feels , I walk back to the register and I told him can you help me to get that flooring with that price, he told me he will have somebody there and he make me take back that cart full of flooring even though I told him my back hurt and I can’t take it back , He make me feel like I was scamming the price , he sounds rude that was total humiliation because my intentions was not like he thinks, I didn’t load that floorings , one of their employee did it and he knows that tag was there .

Great prices and then a rebate. Their wood is better than Lowe's. Just completed a project and got wood from Lowe's first needed more and got same thing at Menards for a better price and better quality. They have an awesome lighting department.

Went for pumpkins 2 weeks before Halloween and they had crap rotten and no slection like legit less the 30 pumpkins in the whole store.
