Pretty awful service. The pharmacists are rude. They ALWAYS 'forget' to apply my manufacturer discount until I fight with them about it. They rarely have my meds in stock when called in. If you call and use the automated system to check a prescription it will always tell you it has no record, but when you get a hold of someone it's actually in the system. Today was the final straw. I have a small window to call in my meds to my psychiatrist, and apparently I had to call the pharmacy today to tell them to actually fill it. In the more than a year having my meds filled there I have NEVER had to call the pharmacy, AFTER calling my psychiatrist, to get my prescription filled. I'm sitting here without my meds waiting on them right now and it's ridiculous. Go somewhere else. Save yourself the headache of their lousy service.

Just try calling their pharmacy to speak to somebody and this will tell you how your experience will be if you transfer your prescriptions here. No matter what option you select, it hangs up on you after 1 ring.

Used to be great. Now its all foreigners, not getting all my medicine in my bag. Always out of medicine. Ugh im over it. Plus they want to be nasty, this pharmacy is terrible. I'll be transferring my prescriptions else where.

Their PHARMACY is Pathetic. They do Not keep prescriptions on hand for long time patients. Every month when I ordered my prescription they always took 2-3 days to get and fill my Prescription. I ordered my meds last week had a text saying it would be ready 2 days later. I call and the rude attitude lady tells me CORPORATE TODAY told Meijer my meds were on BACKORDER. THEY DIDN'T care enough to even call me. NOR did the PHARMACY call other pharmacies to help me get my meds. IRRESPONSIBLE, SLOW, PATHETIC SERVICE.This is the PRESTON HIGHWAY STORE.

Just left the Preston Hwy location. Was at the U scan checking out, and 2 employees practically accused me of stealing. First employee approached as I was casually scanning my items and asked " would you like me to scan your diapers and waters" to which I replied " no I got it covered". I mean it's a u-scan after all. Shortly after that the screen said to notify a cashier. Coincidently that happened to be on the 21st item I rang up. The u-scan said 20 items or less so I assumed it wouldn't allow you to get more than that based off of the fact it locked up the screen and wouldn't allow me to continue without a clerk. So I proceeded to check out and was just going to scan my diapers and my 8 pack of powerades (my 21st item) after I completed the first transaction. Clearly they were watching me. A second employee, an older lady than the first approached and asked " did you scan the diapers"? To which I replied " no, I had 22 items. I tried to scan the powerades and it didn't work". She assured me it would've worked regardless of the number of items but it seemed liked it wouldn't to me given the circumstances. She then sat there and waited to see me scan my last 2 items. I was extremely offended by this. I'll include that I said "I don't need a babysitter" while she stood there. But all things considered I could've been much harsher. What exactly is the role of these emoyees? I suggest some training that teaches employees to not be so judgemental and maybe wait to see if someone actually does a wrong before insinuating they're a thief.

I call in prescriptions or they will send a text message saying it is ready to fill and more than once they loose the text or the call even have lost the bottles I drop off. I have gone for days without meds that I need until they straighten out their mess. This has happened to the point I am ready to find another pharmacy. The location It is so convenient is why I haven’t done this sooner!

This place is a nightmare. Cant rely on them for a quick prescription fill when you are in desperate need. They could care less. The staff in inefficient, unknowledgeable, and inexperienced. The pharmactist lady was completely unprofessional and said it would take 30 minutes to fill after we paid cash (and it was called in an hour before that. When we asked what would take so long (as I just had a medical procedure and needed my meds) she just flipped her pony tail and walked away. Never going back here. Shop for your prescriptions somewhere else!!

Indeed I didn't get directions to Meijer pharmacy this evening even though I never said anything about needing a pharmacy nor did I say I wanted to trek the haul all the way to Meijer when I was already on Crums Lane and Walmart was one mile away. But I have been to Meijer pharmacy and the only good thing about that is they give free animal meds when the veterinarian prescribes them.

Was told my prescription one would be ready in an hour 4 separate times. Giving them well over an hour in between each visit only to be sent away with the same response before being told meh just come back tomorrow at 2pm OR in an hour the fifth time. My fiancé then went to pick it up the next day and was told "come back in an hour or tomorrow at 2pm". I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated.
