I'm constantly having problems getting my prescription filled here. it is always a headache. I get the text saying it's ready I get there it's not even filled yet. And the ladies like well you should call ahead first to see if it's really ready, um why are you sending me out a text then. Oooh that's automated. Okay why are you pressing the ready button on your keyboard, if you haven't even started it . You Waste my gas my time my effort.

For the most part everyone here is super friendly. I do not like how I get text reminders that a script is due for refill and to submit the request when it truly is not due for a refill. I have to explain to my Dr and send photos of the text to ensure them it was not me hunting for an early refill, it was Meijer pharmacy system. I do wish they would keep regular prescription medication in stock if they know they have people who gets it filled regularly. The M Perks is a definite plus!!

The Pharmacy and Pharmacist are great here!..Meijer’s Pharmacy is superior to all the other pharmacy’s that I used in the past (Kroger, Walgreens and CVS ). Fawaz and Brad are two of the pharmacist that are always friendly and have gone out of their way to make sure I’m able to get my medicine, even if it is 10 minutes before they close. I believe the general manager/pharmacist name is Chad who also has always, been helpful and polite And able to resolve any small issues that may have come up from time to time. I have been coming here for at least two years, and they always have my medicine in stock and get it filled quickly. The line to pick up medicine either in the drive-through or inside is never more than three people at most. All the staff are great, professional and friendly ( with the exception of one crazy lady pharmacist that had severe issues who is no longer working there I believe). If you’re having problems with your current pharmacy, such as: poor customer service, long lines to get medicine, out of stock of your prescriptions, slow with getting your Rx filled or significantly understaffed Then this Meijer Pharmacy would be a great substitution for you!!!!!!

I just started using Meijers Pharmacy. I am 79. I regret having used other pharmacies and that it took me so long to find the best; Meijers.

I have to say that I my opinion, they are By Far the Best Pharmacy in the Louisville area, and I’ve been to probably all of the other Pharmacies in my area. Amazing Service and Great Employees.

I’m so totally impressed with this pharmacy. Anyone out there ever tried to reach CVS or Walgreens? Ok, so you’re used to being on hold for literally hours, then hanging up in frustration, only to find out after driving there they don’t have staff to answer the phone nor the decency to put a recording on telling you they’re not answering. Oh, and the drive thru is closed as well. Talk about fed up!!!I’ve called this Meijer’s Pharmacy 4 times in 2 days. Not once have I had to hold for them to answer. Everyone I have spoken to has been professional, knowledgeable, friendly…..you get the picture. Yes I have to drive 2 miles further to pick a prescription up, but OMGosh what a relief it is!!!!! A breath of fresh air!!!

I recently switched insurance. I have to say, the people who work at this pharmacy are so friendly and willing to help…especially in stressful situations. I’ve never called and no one been able to help or answer a question. And if they couldn’t, they found someone who does. I appreciate the positive/ can-do attitude.

Worst pharmacy ever! They never have anything in stock. When I was sick with Covid and my hears were hurting it took them five days to get the ear drops! It always takes two to four days for them to fill my prescriptions. Once when I picked up several prescriptions at once they didn't give me one of them but I was charged for it. In the latest ordeal they gave me a partial fill for a prescription and I paid the copay for the whole amount. They never contacted me to get the rest of it so I went back to the pharmacy to ask about it and I was told the insurance said it was too early. I asked why are you billing the insurance company when I already paid for it and told me I had to pay again for the remainder! I argued with three people there about this until I just said I'm @&$*ing done with this $&@* pharmacy and left. I have transferred all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy and I will never use them again. And if you're in a hurry don't get in the drive-thru; I've went in, waited in line and picked prescriptions and when I came out all the same cars were still waiting in the drive-thru. They are the WORST!!

The location of the pharmacy is really inconvenient and the lines/wait is typically long. I did appreciate that they had the medicine I needed when there was a shortage but the amount of time that I had to wait was frustrating.
