The employees at the pharmacy made transferring my prescriptions very easy and the cost of medications at Meijer’s Pharmacy seems to be much more affordable.

Only reason i go here is my script is 100 dollars cheaper... every time I come there is an issue and always the same girl ....Like today I refilled that important script. Drove 30+ mins to get to be told they couldn't give it to me bc the doctor I just saw canceled it... I showed her where it was suppose to be continued , still a no go. I had my aprn call fix the prescription and went back and she still wouldn't give it to me her excuse was I can't give you what we already have filled it's got to be cleared since it's a new script like are you freaking kidding me as I said the only reason I still go here is it's the cheapest place in town for me to get the medicine otherwise there is no way I would use this Meijer Pharmacy ever

I have been using this pharmacy since almost the day Meijer opened in Springhurst. Every pharmacist and assistant have always been extremely friendly and professional. Allie and Theresa are top notch. My prescriptions are always handled promptly and they always take time to answer any questions and resolve any issues. I would not have my prescriptions filled at any other pharmacy.

NEVER have a prescription filled here.I just tried to have a prescription for Amoxicillin and another antibiotic filled here. They only received one of the orders, the amoxicillin, that they didn't have in stock. That part is not their fault, everything that follows is why I will never use this pharmacy.The prescriptions were called over at about 9 am. When I attempted to pickup the medication we were informed that they didn't have it, but that we could call around and get it transferred. Why weren't we informed earlier instead of having to scramble to get our medicine as everything is closing? They recommended using other Meijer locations. Why not check those locations themselves instead of relying on customers to do it?We found our medicine in stock at a different pharmacy and I called to have it transferred. I called, drove home, and drove back to Meijer pharmacy while on hold. Talked to their pharmacist in person (who was quite rude) while I was on hold.Terrible service with absolutely no concern for their patients.

I’ve tried twice to pick up my prescription. The first time the Pharmacist didn’t see it and wasn’t interested in finding it. She wasn’t even apologetic about it, she just moved on to the next person without any words, like I was bothering her, lol. Then the second day after my Dr called again I was speaking with the tech and the Pharmacist poked her head around the corner and said we don’t have it, pick it up tomorrow! What a piece of work this lady is. I’m not sure who hurt you but I assure you it wasn’t me, I just want my pills lady. After this I’ll happily move my prescription further away just to have someone normal.

This pharmacy has the best pharmacist, Allie!!! It is very rare to find a pharmacist who actually cares about patients. Allie tries hard to take care of everyone and makes people feel welcome! She takes the time to explain everything and even assists with insurance related disputes. I pay for my parents’ prescriptions. No one cared when I tried to explain that it seems like I am paying for vitamins that should be covered by my parents’ insurance, but Allie listened and tried to look into it for us! Thank you Allie!!!!

I like Meijer, although I don't do my weekly shopping here. I work by this one and have frequented this location many times over the years since they first opened. The store has always been clean, well-stocked, and organized. The produce and meat are always fresh and they have a nice selection. The prices, though not the cheapest, are fairly competitive. They have decent sales and coupons. The Santa Bucks around Christmas are particularly good. They are a step above Walmart and in line with Target. No negatives here in my opinion.

They are awesome at the pharmacy. They answer all my questions very plainly so i can understand my prescription better. They will even call me when my script is refilled and ready so I don't have to worry about remembering to call and get it filled. Thankyou so much to all the pharmacists at meijer . You guys make my life so much easier.
