“Making the appointment was easy. I don’t recall being told to go around to the back for mammograms. I went to the main entrance and had to go around to the back. The waiting area was very small. The procedure was easy enough and the tech as very good.”

“After leaving the one in Shepherdsville....this place was what it should be. The ladies were all nice and not judgmental when I told them I'm there for CPS. Passing my test just makes it sweeter because of how I was treated over an accusation and was able to prove myself before being yelled at.One thing is....this is the real world and not Facebook. The ugly, fat lady in Shepherdsville could use customer service points for women younger than her.Get a job you like and get a new personality. Thank you to this business for being professional.”

“I am always extremely nervous to get my blood drawn, IV started etc ... I'm pale and even though my veins seem to be visible they aren't. I have had more bad experiences than I can count but I can honestly say TT was the best phlebotomist I had ever encountered and I really don't say that lightly.”

She got my daughter on the first try and was very nice and professional. Made a stressful situation more calming, thanks guys!!”

“Don't know why this place has 3 stars. This was a 5 star experience. Alex was friendly, capable and all around lovely. I didn't even realize she had already stuck me. She was that good. Highly recommend.

“I wouldn't normally leave a review for getting blood drawn, but it was a great experience! Signing in was easy via the tablet, service was quick and the actually blood draw itself was so smooth. She was easy to talk to and with just one prick, it was over. Barely a mark on my arm. 10 minutes in and out.
Make your appointment ahead of time, have your info and ID and you'll be good to go.”
“Staff was great! When I called to reschedule due to being sick, they answered and rescheduled me right away, no problem. I'm a bit of a mess when it comes to needles, but they were wonderful, funny, and made me feel comfortable during the experience.”

“Today would be my third time going to this Labcorp location, I never experienced any issues, waiting time almost non existent, ladies at the front desk are polite and fast to finish paperwork.Most importantly when they actually do the bloodwork they are easy handed, I never have any bruising after that. I will recommend them to anyone, my family and friends.”

“I've been here twice now and the staff is always kind and friendly, the wait is very short (if any!) and the price is so much cheaper than Quest. I got a test at Quest a few weeks ago, they told me it was $200 more because it had been requested by my doctor (!?). Here at ALTN I actually got a $14 DISCOUNT for having a doctor's order for the test. My total was less than $40. Save money, especially if you're not covered by insurance. Also, shout out to the guy who takes my blood every time, he always asks if I'm afraid of blood and I say yes, then he counts down for me and makes everything super easy and chill.”
