My experience with Mattress-N-More has been so wonderful! Renee was extremely knowledgeable and helped me decide which mattress would be best. When delivering the mattress, her son was very professional and delicate with removing our old mattress and setting up the new.

On Tuesday this week, I set out to buy a new mattress. I went to three stores, not knowing I had left the best for last. In my first store, I liked the young man. I felt he would be the one I would make my purchase with. The second store did not work, so on to Mattress-n-More. I shared with Renee that I felt like I had found what I wanted and really wanted to buy from the man who had helped me, and I knew he worked on commission and tried to help him.
Renee had no problem with that and still answered my questions. She was patient, understanding, and accommodating. Before leaving, I asked her to send me a price with the recommendations she had made for me.
The following day, I dropped off my check, and the delivery was made on Friday.
I Highly recommend Renee to anyone. Please don't make the mistake of not going to meet her!

I would NOT give them my business again. When visiting the store the hours on the door weren't the hours Renee was there. I didn't like that their dog was on the store mattresses . I came in intending to replace my firm mattress but unwisely listened to Renee's advice to purchase a soft mattress to help my shoulder pain and align my hips. My mistake for listening. We did all
the heavy lifting for the late delivery . My husband and son had to take our king mattress and box springs out of the house as well as bring in the new mattresses and adjustable frames as Renee and her teenage son looked like they would have a great deal of trouble lifting. Not to mention wearing shoe coverings seemed to be an issue for Renee. When i attempted to take advantage of the exchange policy I was then presented with a list of fees and wait times--none of which was in writing or mentioned previously. . Without providing my long list of complaints here I will share the most egregious comments. Renee told me to put another layer of sheets on my bed to make it more firm. I was offered an old stained floor mattress same year style in exchange. That was insulting to say the least. Absolutely not for the thousands of dollars I paid. For 4 weeks I slept in a guest room waiting for my exchange. The mattress was delivered a week late and I had to be persistent about confirmation of a delivery date.

THIS is the place to get your mattress. QUALITY QUALITY QUALITY all around! With a staff that listens to your sleep needs and DEFINITELY delivers. Truly went above and beyond! We JUST moved to the area and NEEDED a bed that very night. They made sure we got a loner bed until the one we ordered came in. The moving staff got everything set up quickly and neatly. They ALSO moved the loner out and our new one in. 100% worth every single penny.
I was skeptical when my husband paid extra for a fully loaded mattress frame thinking it was a gimmick but we LOVE IT. We TOTALLY use our vibration every single night and it definitely helps us get to sleep. The down side is we don't even sleep well in hotel beds anymore because our mattress at home is FAR more superior.

Renee and her husband were wonderful, the best price, and was very patient with all of our questions. Delivery was fast and professional. And it’s dog approved too!Seriously, we love the split King and all it offers. A great INVESTMENT for our health.

Renee at mattress-n-more, Champion Farms Drive, went out of her way to help us. She and her son loaded up our mattresses in her truck and personally delivered them to us so we would not miss our dinner engagement.Also she made us aware that some of the mattresses would be discounted and would be sold at a reduced price,January 2024

We have had our custom sized Therapedic Caroline Pillow Top mattress for one week now, and it is incredibly comfortable. I can't say enough positive things about the mattress or the absolutely great service we have received from Mattress-n-more. Our salesman, Derrick Carta, was fabulous from the start and followed right through to delivery.We have a 130-year-old Victorian bed of an odd size that will only accept a custom mattress. Our last mattress (from another company) was due to be changed and had never been comfortable. I was actually afraid that I was developing arthritis in my right hip I had so much pain in the mornings.We did a lot of shopping around and were thoroughly discourged. It was just by chance that we stopped into Mattress-n-more in Jeffersonville, never guessing they did custom work. We tried several mattresses, all of which felt great, but still held little hope. We explained our situation to Derrick. He said, no problem, I can get you any size in any of the mattresses you have looked at. We could't believe it. These beautiful mattresses had all the features we wanted, pocket coils, pillow top, great support, side straps, everything!The only thing better than our shopping experience was the actual mattress. For custom, it was fabricated and delivered in record time. The pain in my right hip is gone, and this company deserves ten stars, not just five. A big thanks to Derrick and everyone at Mattress-n-more. Barbara W.

Update: delivery guys called not long after I posted this review. They then arrived within the timeframe they said they would, and set up was smooth. Changed rating. May update again depending how the product itself works out.Original review: Hoping my impression of this company changes quickly, but so far, I'd strongly discourage anyone from using them. Awaiting a delivery of a mattress and foundation paid for a week ago that should have been here by 6pm. Communication has been poor. Husband has had to call them at each point they said they would call us but didn't. We were told it would run a little late, but it is now nearly 8pm, and not only has no one called to say they're on the way as they said they would, they are now not answering the phone. Threw off our whole evening. He stayed home from work since we expected it much earlier. Incredibly disappointing.
