Had a great experience at this location! Mason, was very knowledgeable & showed us several different options of mattresses. He helped us narrow down our choices to the best fitting mattress without trying to upsell us on something we didn’t need. Would definitely come back!

Great service from Mason. Helpful without being pushy. He was very patient and his knowledge helped answer all of oue questions. He gave us the info and allowed us time to talk privately and discuss til we were ready. Thought we knew what we wanted but after laying on it we found a better fit. Always go and lay on it.Easy process. Quick delivery!

Abigael was absolutely fantastic. Extremely professional & knowledgeable while not pushy. Just asked a few questions & pointed out exactly what worked for us. We are very pleased. Update after the initial sale, we had to make some adjustments to the delivery not only date but place... It was pretty tricky and where we needed it delivered did not have it in stock, Jen went way above and beyond to take care of us with an upgrade for the same price since they didn't have the original in stock. Thank you!

Abigael at Mattress Firm was awesome. My husband and I were in and out in less than an hour. She answered all our questions and was never high pressure. The prices were fantastic too. We bought 1 mattress today and will be going back for another. I hope Abigael is still there.
