Customer service is second to none! Antoine’s support was extraordinary. He is honest, operates with integrity, extremely knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, offered alternatives that work within my budget, and is a remarkable, kind individual.
Picking the right mattress can be difficult but with Antoine’s assistance, it couldn’t have gone any smoother.

Just had a great experience with Mattress Firm, Westport Rd! Been having difficulty finding a mattress that suited my needs. Tried purchasing one online but the results were bad quality. So on a whim, I stopped at Mattress Firm last Saturday. The salesperson, Tyler, was quite knowledgeable, friendly and no high pressure sales tactics. He listened closely, I tried several mattresses, we discussed options and I purchased one. Delivery was scheduled at time of sale and just took receipt of the delivered mattress!
The delivery portion of the sale was equally impressive! First, they text with confirmation of the date and a tracking app is attached. The app allows you to see what # you are in their schedule and what number they are currently delivering. They also called to let me know they were on the way. The young men who handled the actual delivery were very personable and professional! Took the packing with them. Genuinely a pleasure to meet them!
I highly recommend this company for sales, service and product!

The staff here is extremely helpful, friendly, and thorough. He helped me pick out the right mattress and give me tips on how to best choose and care for the mattress. He also worked hard to give me a great price to fit with in my budget. Thanks AJ, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Had a great experience with AJ the manager last evening picking out the perfect set, you see my spouse and I have very different taste. This is the first time in a long time where I felt like a rea customer. He showed me how we could make what we wanted lok great on an adjustable base even though one mattress was aTemperpedic and the other was a Stearns and Foster. It took a couple of hours and he took all the time needed to make us both happy and saved us a great deal of money. In the end I am happy we got the bad treatment at Sleep Number on Shelbyville Road because that was how we ended up here. ..and happy. Give AJ a call and they are located in front of Home Depot on Westport Road.

Tyler was very personable & knowledgeable. We were going to shop several other places before buying. We were not in the best of mood, after a long hard move from Tulsa. Our almost new mattress was ruined due to truck leaking water from heavy rain. Tyler was awesome. We left very excited about our purchase.
