I had 60 mattresses for delivery. It was mine to put two mattresses on the cart and push them out of the trailer. The guys even helped me if they didn’t have to. In 35 minutes the trailer was empty, the papers signed and I could go. Great guys and a good place to deliver.

?????? honestly don't even deserve the 1 star. Today 7-25-2020 my base and mattress delivered since I didn't have headboard and frame out of the way the manager decided to tell the lazy delivery bots to leave it. So the was so kind to block my door open with the 219 lb adjustable base and mattress leaning on base. No set up, nothing removed like I was told. I will never purchase anything from Mattress Firm again.

Their unloading hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. If there are trucks before you, then plan on being here all day. Driver before me lost his next load, and I lost mine. I am never coming here again. Driver-assist mean you put all mattress on the carts, and they just pull them out of the trailer.
