Took my car to Mannings after I was rear ended. Just picked it up today and I was so pleasantly surprised. They had washed my car inside and out! They even replaced a fog light that had been out and was not part of the accident. I was dreading taking my car to get washed and that light fixed. They certainly went above and beyond. Highly recommend them!

I cannot brag enough about this place. My car looks brand new. My kia was stolen, so you can imagine what it looked like. I took my car to manning. They fixed absolutely everything. They put two new tires on it, fixed the front end damage, and replaced and re-keyed my ignition. My car also had previous damage from a prior attempt, the thief messed up my door prying it open and rain was coming in. Manning fixed my door to keep out the rain for free. They were quick, efficient, and so friendly. They turned my nightmare into a dream. Oh and let me add they got my car detailed as well!!! You should see that baby shine ✨️ ?

I highly recommend Mannings, the staff is professional and very friendly. The quality of service and repairs are EXCELLENT. They completed the repairs way earlier than projected. If you need repair work done Mannings is the place to take your car. Oh and they provide a courtesy car wash, which is awesome.

My husband and I took my car here for significant hail damage because they had really high ratings. When I got my car back everything looked great on the outside. We took it home 2 of the interior panels had clips that were broken and falling off, called Manning’s drove annhour to take it BACK to the shop for them to fix clips that they broke. A week later the lettering “Acadia” is falling off the lift gate of the vehicle. And come to find out they replaced and reinstalled my sunroof, and now it doesn’t open at all. Mannings is always willing to fix it but the inconvenience it causes you as a customer out ways everything else. I was very impressed with how fast they got it done, come to find out they obviously were rushed reassembling the vehicle which has now costed me 3 trips to get these list of items fixed. Who knows what else is wrong that I haven’t found yet.

I've been mulling over how to review Mannings because of the terrible job that was done on our 2019 QX80.
I chose Mannings because I have known them for over 25 years and being in the repair industry trusted them. I have probably recommended 40-50 people to take their cars to them.
In Oct '23 I had a truck back into our truck. It smooshed the door and damaged the B-pillar. I brought it to them and had them proceed with the work. Their service writer Adam had no idea what he was doing and I spent hours on line and on the phone with my insurance company being a liaison because he couldn't even figure out how to send them an estimate. I was appreciative that they squeezed me in earlier than scheduled.
They did the work and when I picked it up the paint had runs (at least 5-6) in it and looked like someone blew high pressure air at it while it was wet. One of the guys came out of the back and said that it was becuse they took it outside in the cold too soon. (That is a lie as the paint has to be dry before any masking gets taken off) The trim that goes around the front wheel we'll had not been replaced per the estimate and someone tried to glue it back on as it was falling off. I left it there and they wet sanded the runs and wrinkles in the paint and put a new trim piece on it. When I picked it up and got it home I noticed that they didn't replace the running board brackets that were damaged in the accident per the estimate and some door trim was split from the accident. I found some more runs in the clear coat in the mean time. They "ordered" parts and brought it back to be repaired for the third time. ( 2nd was leaving it there to fix the runs) When I picked it up and got it home I noticed that the brackets that they charged my insurance company (350.00) for as new were rusted and not one nut or bolt had any signs that they were removed. (Probably just took a jack and bent it back) The running board seems to flex more on that side compared to the other one. They charged my insurance company over 1400.00 for a new door and installed a used one. One of the emblems that was supposed to be new was reused and they charged my insurance 108.00.
They also glued some trim back on without clips that immediately came loose. When I asked about the used parts I got a nonsensical answer about how there might have been damage inside the door and that's why they put a used one on. ??? (The new door was available at the time from the dealer. I called) They damaged a window rain guard that I had just installed by someone who had solvent on their hands touching it. They were supposed to fix or replace that but never did or say anything. There was also a chip in the paint that wasn't there the first or second time they had it. Maybe a painter with a seeing eye dog wasn't a wise decision.....
Never will I suggest that someone take their vehicle in to Pat Manning to have work done. His response was that maybe he has been to busy to keep an eye on the guys/girls.
In conclusion I wonder how many customers have used parts on their cars when the insurance company was charged for new. I have contacted my insurance company with copies of the emails and photos.
I'll add that both times I picked it up the battery cable was loose since they didn't bother tightening it up after disconnecting it during the work. This caused it to stall twice.

This is my second experience with Manning’s and they both have been very favorable. After the estimate, a scheduled begin date was set and I was told it would take 7 to 10 days to complete the repairs on my 2022 Nissan Rogue. I was kept informed of progress by text everyday and on the 7th day was informed it was ready for pickup. On pickup I was taken to the vehicle by a technician who while I inspected their work explained everything they did. The vehicle looked like it came out of the showroom. The final small touch, that was very important to me, was the fact that they had washed the vehicle. First class operation!
