LY NAILS on outerloop & Preston, they treated me HORRIBLE the whole time I was there! The lady went as fast as she could doing my nails, wouldn't do what I asked her POLITELY to do. I told her I wanted a Christmas color, like green or red, and I ended up leaving with blue nails? She filed my nails so fast, I'm surprised my fingers aren't bleeding. When I asked her if she would file the purple shampoo off one of my nails, she told me she couldn't? When she was done, ur supposed to brush the access off with a small nail brush, she used a ostrich feather duster, u know the one that u use to clean the dust off of ur shelves???! ??? Thats what she used on my hands ? She didn't let my nails dry all the way under the black light, she threw on the nail oil, stood up so fast and threw her towel on the floor and walked away and sat down with the next customer, not saying a word to me? That was the most unprofessional, unsanitary encounter I think I've ever experienced...and I will never be going back there again! I will be posting my opinion Google, yelp, and every website ly nails is on. Might even make a few calls to the BBB for sanitation and customer service etiquette.

The woman that did my nails was very rude. She filed my nails so fast, I'm surprised my fingers aren't bleeding. She dusted my nails off with an ostrich feather duster, instead of a small nail brush. I told her I wanted a Christmas color and left with blue nails. She threw on nail oil so fast, got up out of her chair, threw her towel on the floor and went straight to the next client without saying a word to me. I've been going there for years and this will be my last time getting my nails done at LY nails on outerloop. I'm always so nice to everyone there and I tip very good, so why she would treat me like that, I don't know. Unprofessional, unsanitary and rude are 3 words I would use to describe LY nails. if you're not a "people person" you should pick a different profession where you don't have to be around people everyday!!!! I will be posting my opinion on Google and Facebook, and I'm going to make a few phone calls because you DO NOT use a feather duster to dust someone's nails off!!!!!! I will not spend my hard earned money there ever again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Arrived at 6:45 asked if I was too late to get a fill in, online it said they closed at 8pm, in which they could've said it's too late,but said yes (they were not busy either, 2 other clients and myself) and I have never felt so rushed! I was looking at nail polish samples they had she told me to stop and do it later we don't have time for you to do that or you do it with one hand! We don't have time for that! The nail polish samples had gotten hung up on the frays of my jeans. She said give him one hand We don't have time we are going to close soon! I left there with sharp edges still needing to be filed down and polish and acrylic over my cuticles which Id rather fix it myself than go back there. The gentleman that did my nails was very polite but he was being rushed and at one point I had two people filing my nails! I wish they would've just told me it was too late! I had my nails done there two weeks prior to this and was rushed just the same, idk why I went back there. They need to change their hours on the website so people will know when they close and not have such rude people run the place! I guess could've been worse and hopefully I can fix it all myself but I won't be going back there!

Never in my life have have felt so judged and mistreated! Tonight I took my niece to get her nails done, and while waiting in the car the Nail Tech had once to state that they close at 8. I explained that I was outside waiting in the car. ( charging my phone) The TECH had my niece call me a second time regarding payment on her nails that were not complete. The tech then informed me that she wouldn't complete her nails without payment and it was their policy. I paid and I tipped her only to witness two other white clients not held to this same policy. When I inquired why we need to pay prior to the work being completed there was no real explanation giving!!! I have no problem paying for any services but policies need to be for all people! NOT JUST BLACK People!

My mom and I came here in June I got a pedicure and full set using gel polish and I got my mom a manicure and pedicure also using gel polish and our nails and toes looked perfect they didn’t rush we both had a different person doing our toes and different person doing our hands and needless to say I paid them all 4 almost as much as it cost to get done in tip I was beyond pleased and it was my first time there due to the place I had been going for the last 20 years was just gone when I went to use my gift cards I got for Christmas I will always be back just wish you guys was open on Sunday because it’s my only day off work and I work 2 jobs so I have just my sundays to do everything I want and need to do but it’s ok I’ll definitely be back after work during the week or on Saturday afternoon once I get off work and the picture I put of my toes are today so 3 months old and if my nails wasn’t grown out so far you wouldn’t knowServices: Foot massages

I went to this place several times. I started out with Tammi and was somewhat pleased. When I returned she was not available so the owner did my nails. TERRIBLE! To say the least. She could not shape my nails the way I wanted and I wanted a fill-in with gel polish. The polish job was TERRIBLE. I brought my girls on once to get a full set. Awful! Nails were off within a few days, polish was chipping within 2 days. They never went back.
When I returned, I asked for Tammi only. It was hit and miss each time I went with Tammi. These folks want your money but they want to be RUDE and RUSH you out of their place. If you tell them what YOU want they don’t want to hear it and get nasty. This is because they only want to do what they want to do the way they want to do it! They charge for every single thing including for you to use your debit or credit card. Which is fine, but the service should be top tier and it’s not. I DON’T MIND PAYING FOR SERVICE! Multiple times I’m asking for my gel polish to MEET my cuticles and this was an issue so much that she began to master it. If you polish with gel and stop an entire inch from the cuticle, in a few days it looks as if you need a fill in! When rushing they can’t polish correctly but want $40 and up for a poor job. I don’t mind paying for good QUALITY service but this is bs! Had the nerve to basically tell me don’t come back because I asked for my nails to be polished properly AFTER she charged me $45 for a poor job! I wouldn’t pay them to take my money! Poor attitudes and service! When providing a service to the public, there should be a level of professionalism. She got up when done with my nails and walked her nasty butt away. Said nothing! I was only going for convenience due to my schedule.

I went here for a pedicure 2 days before my wedding. Unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience. They rushed through, didn’t do a great job on my toes, and also had me move out of the chair before they were even done with the clear coat (I’m also 32 weeks pregnant and it just seemed rude to have me move before the pedicure was even finished). They weren’t super friendly to my 7 year old niece either and overall was not a great experience. Also a little pricey especially for the quality of what we got.
