Been there a few times everyone is great. Especially Caylee she’s management. She is absolutely awesome at her job. She’s right there if you need any help. She’s very knowledgeable and understanding.

As someone who needs to take better care of myself and a bit of feel good this was a shocking delight. Caylee was an utter angel guiding me through the world of lush cosmetics from bath bombs to soaps... I'm in love with not sleepy shower bombs. Shelby is also a delight, friendly as they get. Apparently Caylee is management, I love that she is right there to help her team and customers!!!

My daughter and I love coming here when we are in Louisville. We last visited on Saturday, February 10th in the afternoon. Everyone was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for, and even some things we didn't know that we needed until they showed us the product. One associate, named Gwen, was exceptional at their job and made the experience a great one.

Amazing customer service and top of the line products. Thank you so much Danica (I hope my spelling is correct). This was my first time in the store and Danica’s knowledge and upbeat helpfulness made my last minute shopping a joy. Having received Lush products before as gifts(skin cleanser and bath bombs), I knew that I loved the quality, fresh ingredients, and the smells(I’d go back to the store just to smell everything—seriously!). I may have kept a couple of my gift purchases for myself;)

Love love love this place! My faves are angels on bare skin scrub and pretty much any bath bomb. Just don’t be like me and not read the directions on the lavender sleep bomb that is wrapped in fabric. ?. The fabric is supposed to stay on to keep the lavender bits inside.

Great experience 12/10 Danicka was fantastic and extremely helpful. Especially since I can be a picky customer. Help me find exactly what I didn’t know I was looking for. This will definitely be my new favorite lush store and I’ll be coming back very often
