Nice quality sportswear clothing and accessories. My wife purchased a large belt bag from here that she loves. It’s a bit on the higher price end but the quality is there. Store is clean and employees were helpful.

The last couple of times I’ve been in, I’ve felt pressured and rushed. I simply said I was looking around but thanks (I was looking at several things and preferred no assistance). Every time I looked at something, the same person asked if I wanted a fitting room, in which I ended up saying not yet SEVERAL TIMES.Once I asked for a fitting room, I felt so rushed to try on things. The lady who gave me my room called my name out every 30 seconds like I was a kid on a toilet learning to potty train, asking if everything was okay. I think in a matter of 5 min she called my name at least 5 times.Maybe some people like this level of attention, but some of us simply want to shop in peace and don’t need a rep rushing us to make a purchase/choice. These are $100+ leggings and the return experience is horrible, so yea, I want to take my time making the right choice. Please teach your reps to leave people alone when they ask… I felt so pressured, I probably won’t be back.

Love this store but be prepared to pay for their clothes. They are well made and they have a great selection of workout clothes and casual clothing line. Shipping is fast!

I am a new customer to lululemon and I’ve made two very large purchases as the Oxmoor Mall. One pair of pants needed to be altered so they said they would ship them since I live two hours away. The person imputing the order added my email wrong and the cashier didn’t want to change it and said it would be fine since they ship them to my house. I was supposed to receive them on a week and it’s been 3 weeks so I called customer service and they said I had to call the store directly. I’ve called the store at least 10 times and left voicemails and emailed and I can’t get a person. I don’t see how it’s possible that a store that sells high end, very pricy clothing does not provide any customer service. They already lost a customer.

I came to Lululemon as a first time buyer. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and engaging. I will definitely be back! I love the leggings I bought, and would recommend this store to anyone!

i usually don't take the time to create bad reviews, but the way i was treated today was down right unprofessional. i've recently moved to Louisville and i've been in this store multiple times. i got a gift card in the mail for my birthday, but the amount was not shown. i went to the store to see the amount and the employees treated me like i was stupid. me: "hello! i just wanted to see if anyone could see the amount on this gift card for me" employee 1: "*annoyed sigh* i mean i guess" he then went to the register where another employee was. employee 2: "uhhhh where did you get this?" me: "it was a birthday present i got in the mail" e2: "well these are only available for use online, and you could have just asked the person who sent it to you what the amount was." *e1 then scans the barcode and tells me the amount on the gift card* e2: "yea so there you go. this is clearly an online only gift card. just ask whoever gave it to you next time instead of coming in" it may not seem like it was that horrible of an experience, but i took the time to drive to the mall, with my one year old daughter in hopes of finding some new workout clothes, and i left immediately after this conversation. i love this store and the very limited products they sell, but these employees made me feel like a complete burden just by being there.

Loved my products I purchased in store so much I placed another order online once I got home as I don’t have a store close, sad to say that the order I placed never got shipped out and after reaching out three times about my order was given this information. Will only shop in stores for now on very disappointed.
