Called the Preston Crossings store for a price to make a key. She says it depends on the kind of key. I said I need a price on a door and mailbox key. Then she then repeats the same thing. And then calls me a A ****H*** and hangs up the phone. I called back and asked for manager and no one answered the phone. I called and filed a complaint with lowes complaint line. She connected me to the Asst. Manager, he asked if I got her name. I say no, he says it will be hard to find out who it was. I later called back and said all you have to do look at the security camera footage at around 10 am. For some reason it seemed he wanted to cover for her swearing at me.

Had what I was looking for. Plenty of parking and the customer service was good. One associate helped me find what I was looking for. Instead of the associate telling me where it was, he actually walked me down to the items.

Purchased a grill. They were suppose to assemble the grill. A week later, it's not assembled and no one can tell me why or when it would be ready. I told them to refund my money and keep it. Poor customer service.

Having purchased a wagon for assembly, upon pickup associate tells me that 1 wheel won't turn. I asked well why would you bring to any customer something that doesn't work properly? Manager comes & I explain again, his reply is we can put together a new wagon &you can pickup Friday. No I can't wait till Friday, why can't someone fix this issue now. Manager states it's not his problem it's the 3 party assembly they use. I explained to the manager that it's not 3rd party fault it's lowes fault to pay for service to represent lowes & it's not up to standard, the customer deals with lowes not your vendor. His reply was well this is above his pay grade. Then proceed to say either I accept it or take a refund. I said I can fix it but lowes missed an opportunity to prove there slogan & customer satisfaction. All purchases going forward will be at my expense.

Customer service sucks and no help and what there is, they are just greeter's nobody knows anything about anything except running the register and saying hello. No experience and no help ?

Hit or miss here. Last week I was in here to buy a drill, very helpful employee helped find the drill I wanted. Excellent customer service.
Today? Exact opposite. The older gentleman working the aisle with the nuts and screws very unhelpful in helping me find a screw for my needs as I didn’t have a screw to bring to measure it. However, I found some measurements of the screw as well as a picture.
I struggled to find a matching one. Ends up I never did. I bought a variety pack. None of em fit. So looks like I’ll be back tomorrow.
But the dude working the aisle literally said to me “A picture isn’t gonna do me no good. The customers just pick out the screws themselves.” Keep in mind I had measurements. I do suck at DIY, so yeah I should know how to buy a screw but ?.
This is after I looked for a good ten minutes and he never offered to help. But yet, a cute lady walks down the aisle and he immediately offers to help. Me? Nope. I asked for help and basically got told to kick rocks.
Rant over. TL DR This place can be great or horrible. Depends on who ya get to help you.

They're all the same. Short-Staffed. All in all I did find what I needed. The convenience of the Lowe's is great.
