I purchased six 27 gallon totes. In and out was in a hurry. A few days later when packing said totes. I had picked up all the wrong lids.
Called and spoke with Rep, who told Me I Couldn't just exchange the lids but had to bring everything back for refund and then repurchase. Who has time for that. Is this standard policy (especially if you have receipt)

Bill, a ‘Tool World’ associate, wears specialty Ray Ban glasses fitted with cameras. He told me about them. When I asked if he could take pictures with them, he said “Yeah, but I can livestream too if I want.” I spoke to the MOD, Rita. If you go to this store, you are fair game for whatever Bill wants to record or photograph.

No one to check us out in the garden area. Then to make it even less enjoyable, we had to self checkout. This place used to be well run but has gone downhill. If I have to check myself out, it should be an automatic discount. They as in management, no longer care about the employees or customers. The poor employees have no control but have to deal with unhappy customers because of poor decisions by management. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I’m not sure why this store offers order pick-up. They text you that the order is ready, then can’t find it when you arrive. THIRTY MINUTES of waiting for them to hunt in the back for an order that was supposedly ready hours ago. Total waste of time.

Love shopping at Lowe's. It is well organized and brightly lit. Private label products are high quality and particularly, reasonably priced.

John in here was so nice to us he stopped what he was doing when he was so busy and helped cut us a custom piece of glass for our historic window I would give him a 100/10 for his customer service he’s was so kind and funny ?

Don't mind self checkout with a few items, but our cart was loaded, which for them is a good thing. However, there were no human checkouts and for us, that was a bad thing. Had we known that we would have gone someplace else. Since we had quite a few plants in addition to other purchases we just went back to the plant department where there were actual human beings, thank you! Good grief.
