Terrible delivery service. Lowes split a scheduled delivery resulting in two delivery charges. Online customer service blamed the store and the store blamed online customer service. Both refused to waive one of the delivery fees even though they split the delivery. Avoid unless you want unauthorized fees of $70 and terrible customer service.

Blue store Vs Orange store. Both have their up sides. As of right now the blue store is closer to my house so they win.

Lowes deliver dryer and the delivery peoplehad to come three different times to vent dryer finally they say no they can not do it I had to get someonew else to install vent I will never buy another appliance from lowes

Bought items for landscaping online to be picked up in the store. Went inside, stood in the customer service line to get my papers needed for pickup. Drove around the back for the lawn and garden staff to tell me my products were not in stock. Went back inside to ask the customer service employees why my items were not ready. They tried to brush me off with a generic answer. Manager was willing to to supplement out of stock items but customer service clerks didn’t seem to care about the situation. Got a refund to spend my money elsewhere due to lack of customer service from front end employees.

Only visited the garden center but it was well organized and stocked.
Checkout was fast and efficient.

This location is very well kept and well organized. It is easy to find what you need. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Home Depot and Lowe’s are obviously very similar, but I prefer this Lowe’s location over the Home Depot down the road. Only thing I don’t love is that the parking lot has been a little messy the few times I have been there.

For the third time in just a few months I am leaving this Lowe’s empty handed! How do they expect customers to buy garden department items if there is not a cart available for the purchase. When I asked a clerk I was told they had too many flowers taking up space leaving no room for carts. Now that is REAL customer service. Hope grocery stores don’t come up with this same lame excuse.

I normally go to the Lowe's off Preston because of a negative experience at the one in Norton Commons and the lack of help at this location once; it was not negative, just couldn't get help. I decided to go back to this location on Saturday and OH MY GOODNESS, I found Barry and he was AMAZING!! He helped me with locating items from every department that I needed. I originally went in to see if they had the flooring I purchased from the Preston location to buy a few extra pieces for an installation. They had it in stock, but I didn't grab a cart from the front when I entered the store. Barry got me one, he loaded my cart and helped me with all my additional spur of the moment purchases. Barry asked me continously throughout the store, 'what can I help you with next Rachel?'. He literally walked with me every step, he made recommendations, went and got a flatbed cart because I added some larger porcelain flooring/wall tile, cashed me out at the register in flooring and personally loaded my truck for me.
Along the way of my adventure at Lowe's, I was telling Barry how grateful I was for him. Now I've had great customer service before, but this was above and beyond and unlike I've ever had before. I asked take his photo and informed him I would be posting a positive review and also letting his manager know. As of today I still need to call the store manager, but I will first thing Monday. I have been in customer service my whole life, some of I hated because people were so vial, but as I got older and changed to a better employer with more appreciative customers, I love my job and know what customer service is all about.
Listen up customers, drop your entitled attitudes, show some gratitude, and you can get the most amazing customer service. You may even change some customer service workers outlook on their job and life, they may enjoy their jobs more and pay it forward in their job.

I really appreciate the help I received from this location from the team member named Cutler!
He helped me find my items by walking me directly to the location of the product (which was on the other side of the store where I found him). Mind you, (I know this is bad of me) this was 15mins before the store closed.
I found exactly what I needed and he even helped me cut the boards to the perfect size of my project and even better, fit in my car. I really hope he is the manager, if not he definitely needs to be! Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.
Two thumbs up!
