Lowes continues to disappoint me. Used the app to order 150+ retaining wall bricks. Wanted it delivered but that was not available. Was notified order was ready to pick up. I guess that means it is on the shelf, because I show up and sit in the side lot in this heat while they went inside and pulled the order. To add insult to injury, only the bottom half was shrinkwrapped and they said they didn't have any more. So once they loaded it in my truck with the forklift I had to down stack 40 blocks so the wouldn't fly off on the ride home. No assistance was offered. Hey Lowes if you are going to play in the e-commerce space get your processes in order. Such a shame, I used to be a die hard Lowes shopper. Not anymore.

Ordered cabinets online and the order went to this store for delivery.. They did NOT complete my delivery , half of my cabinets were delivered. Then they rescheduled the other part of my order 4 times .. to almost a month out after I purchased this order. The store told me they did NOT have the cabinets in stock yet it said they had 4 available. I called spoke to the manager directly at this store and they said "Guy is new and forgot the cabinet that I needed" I asked for them to put the cabinet to the side and we'd go pick it up, even left the name and said something should be done to compensate for this problem. We never did get our order complete. I would suggest going to Home Depot or order online. This Store is a Complete Joke. Not worth the hassle. Not to mention all the cabinets were not aligned and not worth the money paid.

front desk employees are ignorant and lazy, they rather talk with other employees than helping customers, i bought $500 on materials and i was the only contractor there at the loading area and they wouldn't even help me load my truck and i really needed it. Those employees were talking and talking 25 ft from me and they didn't care about helping customers. It is sad that the manager and the store hires ignorant, and untrained people to work at this location. I called the manager after my bad experience and he sounded not serious or educated, in fact i think he was sleeping or something because he didn't sound right. Please go to some other store and avoid BAD experiences and Bad service from IGNORANT AND DUMB employees. They don't deserve the lowest star review ranking. They will IGNORE you no matter what

If you are expecting any warranty on the products or appliances you buy that are less then four months old then DON’T buy them from Lowe’s I even bought the 3year extended warranty on all my new appliances I bought February 11 2024! I had to spend 4 hours on the phone with Frigidaire once Lowe’s informed me they were not responsible for any problem!! Ridiculous!! I felt ripped off and taken advantage of with Lowe’s misrepresentation of there products! Even the manager at this store is totally rude and refuses to honor Lowe’s own policy. When I called the Lowe’s complaint line the customer service representative told me she even got into an argument with this stores manager when she called him out for not honoring Lowe’s store policy. When I told my friends about this they informed me they to had been having problems with Lowe’s and were not going to be shopping with them anymore!! HOME DEPOT TREATS THERE CUSTOMERS MUCH BETTER AND NEVER GIVES YOU ANY PROBLEMS !!!

Customer service is steadily sliding down hill. Still better than the nichilasville Rd store in Lexington. Just don't ask for cash back when returning an item with a receipt that was bought with a debit card. It takes an act of Congress some days

Paid a 80 dollar delivery fee was told I'd be called at 8:30 am for a time of delivery that day no call !! Just happened to look out my door later and see the delivery was sitting in my driveway as they were loading the forklift back on the truck one guy happened to look at me and say oh there is your delivery and left
