I have been using Louisville Compounding Pharmacy for a while now for one of my cat's thyroid medications. As a rule, they do not ship out deliveries on Fridays but when they found out that my cat would run out of his meds before Monday, they shipped it out and I received it on Saturday. EXCEPTIONAL customer service and I highly recommend.

Wow! Where to start… Hands down Louisville Pharmacy & Compounding is the absolute best. I will scream that from here to there. From the initial interaction on the phone with polite & very helpful patient staff, then to be present in front of them for pick-up with that same energy, always knowing & feeling safe the prescriptions were correct. In January 2020 before covid was even a problem, my baby 2yrs old, went into heart failure out of nowhere. It was one of the worst times of my life, the unknown of whether we would ever make it home together from the hospital. Lincoln’s heart depended on these medicines, not just any medicine but extreme compounding and carefulness. At the time Lincoln was on 9 medications to rebuild his heart. Not all of them were compounding medication, Lincoln developed a blood clot in the heart when his heart was only pumping 13%. We got the best news that we are taking our baby home, but all the medications will need to be given by me. As frazzled I am that now his entire care depended on me, I had to then depend on louisville pharmacy to be there for me. Have all the medicine correct and on time, but let’s talk about how above and beyond they went. Again I have a 2yr old who has been hooked to machines and learning how to stand on his own two feet again. The medicines he is on is a huge factor on rebuilding his heart, he’s two we have no idea what he will and won’t be able to do, so medicine is his lifeline they are restructuring and rebuilding his heart walls, so the medicine, the pharmacy, the staff is beyond a huge deal. We started out with what I thought he would like the orange flavor… nope it was the worst struggle after trying to give him 6 medications at each time twice a day plus leg injections….it was a nightmare. I called to the pharmacy the next morning after crying all night feeling like a failure. I told them he was struggling with what I thought the flavor, he would puke it immediately up. This medicine is what is going to keep Lincoln alive that and God. Louisville pharmacy immediately changed the flavor and made all new medicine for me that DAY, without hesitation! Without recharging hundreds of dollars.. without even knowing me or my child. This was the first 3 days of interaction with them. I was absolutely thankful, I’m not sure if they even know how much of an impact at that time was for us. But this is my point, that is them. Polite, Courteous, caring, loving without even knowing how much great energy they give to a stranger. Before leaving the hospital they gave me a paper with at least 20 pharmacies to call for prices because his medicines were so high, and only a few of them could actually compound. I spent 2hrs calling around to see who can help us, most of the pharmacies I was on hold more time then actually speaking and when I did, it took 30 seconds to know that they couldn’t or didn’t have the supply. Once I called louisville pharmacy I was on the phone with them for over 30minutes. They guided me, told me exactly what they were going to do and how they would do it, reassured me that they have they supply, all while answering all my million questions that no one else was taking the time to do. They didn’t know me, but treated me like they did. Other pharmacy I had to use for a few months for the leg injections, made me appreciate louisville pharmacy even so much more. Louisville Pharmacy goes above and beyond and they don’t even know it, that is just them. They are amazing! Here we are 2 1/2 years later and I still thank god everyday for the staff at louisville pharmacy. I am happy to say my son is almost 5yrs old. Plays sports, has no limitations and is a big ball of energy. I’m not going to think about what life would of been like had I not had such a caring loving support system and louisville pharmacy is top on that list. I have been using Louisville compound pharmacy for a little over a year now. They have been fantastic. Always very helpful and considerate. You can ask them about any thing your on and they will help point you in the right direction. They have even helped me with what vitamins I may or may not need to add to my daily intake. Hands down the best pharmacy I have ever used. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Honestly, I can’t say enough good about this pharmacy. I’ve been using them for more than 10 years and they are the BEST I’ve ever found. They are very caring and so helpful. They treat you like a friend. They are very helpful in watching each prescription to make sure everything is right. I trust this pharmacy and their staff 100%. They have provided excellent care.

I needed a compound Rx filled & was sent to Louisville Compounding Pharmacy by my Dr. I previously spent 5 years working w/compounding pharmacies & this one was the cleanest, nicest, best stocked pharm I've seen in over 30 states. Service was speed of light fast without compromising my understanding of the product & care. Prices are reasonable & better than comAaron happily helped me from the moment I entered. He was knowledgeable, informative, & a so helpful.
