My recent 'Service' experience at Louisville Infiniti was amazing. Ms. Anna Graff (Louisville Infiniti Service Specialist) took care of having our Red Sport serviced & providing a timely 'loaner'. I had an important doctor's appointment that I couldn't miss or reschedule, so the loaner vehicle proved very valuable. When I returned to Louisville Infiniti, my Red Sport had been serviced. For no additional costs, the Red Sport was washed, and the FOB batteries were replaced. Thank you, Ms. Anna & the entire Louisville Infiniti Service Team for a job well done. There is no better Service Department than Louisville Infiniti. Miguel and Anna are simply the best. I have bought several new Infiniti’s over the last ten plus years and currently own a 2023 QX 60. I continue to come back to Louisville Infiniti due to their excellent service. Recently, I was in for my first 10,000 mile maintenance and Miguel as usual had it completed ahead of schedule.Simply the Best of the Best!

I bought a used Infiniti G37S convertible from Carvana. Infiniti of Louisville completed a used car inspection which found 2 issues that needed repair. Miguel was helpful in coordinating warranty work with Carvana. Their techs are thorough and my car was ready ahead of schedule.
