They are very thorough when inspecting vehicles. They are friendly and they are fast like your nearest 15 minute oil change place. They offer you pictures and descriptions of what is well and what needs maintenance. Very professional and great atmosphere!❤️

Went to Meineke, after a visual inspection they said I had a transmission issue, went to Mr. Transmission, they said they don't work on Mazdas. Finally stopped by The Louisville Automotive Shop and in 1 hr determined it was my high pressure fuel pump causing my acceleration issue. On a Friday, they diagnosed, ordered the part and had it changed before they closed. Incredible service, and I'll return there for any car issues in the future.

These people are awesome! Owner is present and on the shop floor working along side clean technicians! They helped me find issues with a recently bought car from a dealership. Also found a fast fix for the original problem I came in for. Trustworthy clean shop in an awesome location. Got me in right away! For all of that I am very grateful!
