Mike is a consummate professional. He was the lead designer for our October wedding. He brought our concepts to life with his creativity. Mike is passionate, and it shows in his vision. Our event was spectacular. Our florals were gorgeous. So many guests commented that they were the most beautiful flowers they had seen at a wedding. The table settings were classically elegant and not overdone. His attention to detail was impressive. He genuinely cares for his clients, and we felt it, with the personal touches that he placed in memory of our mothers. Lloyd's florist is simply the best, but moreover, the team makes you feel like family.

Michael helped us design our perfect wedding flowers from the mantle to the bouquets, and he was so knowledgeable and friendly it made the whole experience a breeze!!!!

Wish they would have contacted me on the day of the delivery date that the flowers ended up in the apartment complex office not at the address provided, instead of finding out three days later. Thats why this review is 4 stars. Otherwise, Wanda is very kind on the phone and the flowers are beautiful.

Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday on 9/5/24 she received them on 9/6/24 . Now the 7th and roses are dead. I don't know who there vendors are but these are terrible for a 100.00 bouquet.

The flowers for our wedding were absolutely perfect. Michael was great to work with and was very accommodating with changes. Which is the only reason I am giving this place two stars.
However, I cannot discourage enough people to NOT rent tuxes through their Jim's Formal Wear, even if they have numerous awards. If you do, be prepared to make a minimum of 4 trips to the store and be stressed when you don't have tuxes less than 24 hours before your event.
We decided to rent the 12 necessary tuxes for our wedding through here because they offered 10% off flowers if you did. When our wedding party went to try on their tuxes, of the 12, only 5 fit. The others were extremely small (i.e.: one could not put their arms down with the jacket on because it was so small, one vest was more of a crop top, one shirt was not even close to being able to be buttoned, etc.). You would think that with measurements being taken, the tuxes would've been much closer to fitting. However, that was beyond the case. It seemed it would've been better if the bridal party just sent a picture of themselves and the measurements were guessed.
When I called and questioned Pam about why none of the tuxes were fitting (and the bridal party had went for measurements) I was told that "it's just a part of the game", "this is why we have them come try them on Thursday" (our wedding was Saturday), and "to not worry about it."
Mind you the last thing you tell a bride is "to not worry about it" when you are only two days away from their wedding and the majority of the bridal party does not have tuxes.
Pam had to order new tuxes for all of the guys whose did not fit. Come Friday, at 2:00 p.m. we still had yet to hear from her and we still did not have tuxes for numerous people in the bridal party. Finally, after numerous calls, she admitted that Jim's Formal Wear could not track the box, that she would need to reorder everything, and that she would personally bring them to the venue Saturday morning. We informed her that this was beyond unacceptable. Any logical person would be stressed to the max about this situation. Thankfully the UPS truck arrived as we were pulling into the parking lot with the box of tuxes on Friday evening.
Try on hours were inconvenient, so we had to take the tuxes on Friday for most of our bridal party without them even being tried on. Pam did have to come to the venue on Saturday to fix one of the jackets, which we do greatly appreciate. I was again told, "don't stress over it" and that "it should make us feel better that I've lost sleep over these tuxes".
However, one tux was still incorrect and there was never an apology or acknowledgement of the issue. One of the groomsmen had a green bow tie in their tux bag. The only people in bow ties were the ushers and they were in pink. Thankfully we were able to switch with the best man.
My father-in-law returned all of the tuxes on Monday and mentioned how unfriendly the receptionist/clerk was. Never once did she offer help to carry them in, but rather she stood there and stared at him.
Although our flowers were beyond perfect and everything I ever dreamed of, the tux nightmare was enough for me to never want to shop here again. Take this as a warning, brides and prom-goers, renting tuxes from here can be described in one word: unpleasant.

We’ve worked with Lloyd’s multiple times and have been blown away by Mike and his team every time. Their service, professionalism, and execution are in a class of their own, and above all else they make the experience as easy and stress-free as possible for their customers. They sit down with you for a consultation, which you walk away from with complete confidence that your vision will be executed the way you want. Having seen their work more than once, my wife and I are amazed each time that our already-high expectations are exceeded. Truly the best!!

My family has worked with Lloyd's florist for 3 weddings and 2 engagements and countless other occasions. They are the best in Louisville. They do an amazing job bringing your vision to life. I would not use another florist. They are simply the best.

How many times do I have to call and white knuckle all day? Wondering if my wife's going to get her flowers. Yes, I know it's Valentine's Day. Quit being so greedy and quit getting so many customers take care of your loyal customers. No, you're too consumed with getting every dime you can I'm done with you. Goodbye, good luck and get somebody else to answer the phone that has a little Empathy PS . you never did call me and let me know if my wife ever got the flowers........

Just a quick thank you to Lloyd’s florist for putting together a beautiful bouquet for my brother and sister in law who are in KY (I’m in NC) I didn’t catch the lady’s name who I spoke to. However, she was kind and informative, and very helpful.

Ordered a plain centerpiece wanted nothing but christmas greenery, carnations and pinecones..Has NO pinecones, fake red berries and red daylillies, very little evergreen greenery, and carnations. Don't embellish justdo what customer asks. Totally excited to pick up and feel smacked in face after receiving.

NEVER AGAIN! I had the honor of ordering flowers for a friend for his marriage proposal. The arrangement came nothing close to what was ordered and an upgrade was paid for as well. I was totally embarrassed. The manager seem unbothered by my phone call and asked "well what do you want me to do." My response it's too late to make it right with another arrangement, a refund would be nice. He promised to discount 50% and rushed off the phone as he was on his way to a wedding. Not my first time using Lloyd's but it will be my last! Below you see what we go versus what we ordered.
