It was time for me to get my replacement CPAP and I chose to go through Lincare this time. All the ladies in the office were incredibly sweet, they were welcoming, and helpful. I not only left knowing everything I need regarding my new equipment (the AirSense11), but I also know I can call them and they’re available to help me at any time!

Have had great experience with Louisville management at Lincare. Have gone above and beyond to support my mother’s needs and are available at a moment's notice to make sure everything is right for her care. Can’t thank them enough!!

I have been using Lincare for a very short amount of time but that have shown be great kindness and patient care during that time. I live in KY and they have been on the spot with everything I have needed. I had to travel to California and was worried about being without my O2 during the week there. They set me up for a delivery and pickup right where I was staying. Very thankful for a company that makes worrying about your health one less thing.

My 91 yr old mother gets oxygen from Lincare. She has had zero trouble getting service or supplies.

They kept billing me even though my out of pocket and deductible was met insurance even tried to call them 3 months in a row but said they couldn’t wait a hour to talk to someone last year they tried billing me for 3 years ago….I just took my CPAP machine back to them and asked them to quit billing me….don’t waste your time on this place very frustrating

We had some problems with an order from Lincare and Leslie at the office in Louisville went above and beyond to fix it. We also recently had an equipment problem and Leslie fixed it immediately for us with new equipment and made sure my new ordered arrived quickly.
