Travis at Lightpoint is an excellent communicator and walked my wife and I through plenty of decisions with clarity. Most people would be limited to one positive trait, but he also displayed dedication when he went out of his way to save our contract when we hit an after-hours inflection point in negotiations. I was privileged to work with Travis Berkley as my lender/loan officer. Travis was available nearly every time I reached out, and the (few) times he wasn't, he quickly got back with me to answer my questions. He gave sound advice and suggestions without pushing me in a direction where I would be uncomfortable. It was abundantly clear that he and his team cared about and viewed me as a person and not just another sale. I felt that they were as invested in our success as we were. Travis was phenomenal. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who is looking to buy a home. The rest of the team was wonderful as well. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would do it without hesitation.

Anytime I talked to them I felt incredibly reassured and covered. They also gave me my lowest rate and it didn't take any back and forth negotiations to get there.
