Literally the worst place ever to get your taxes done. I’ll definitely will never go through them ever again. I feel stupid because I literally file with them for years. Feb 9 2022 I file. I still ain’t heard if they got accepted today as I’m writing this.

This was my second year doing taxes, so I’m already very sketchy about who I go to. Liberty tax was the best decision I made! They’re patient, caring, very detailed, I mean they double check their work to give you the best tax return, better safe than sorry right? They’re organized, and very professional people! This may not apply to everyone but I didn’t have to pay a single fee for my first time! Can you get any better than that? I 100% recommend this location and I will be coming back next year, guaranteed!

Johnathan or his wife are the people u want to see ! Super funny super chill but most importantly they get the job done! They want to see there customers happy and get all their coins ! My boyfriend and I will definitely be filing our taxes here as long as we reside in Kentucky.

Super nice!! I have complicated taxes from living in many states and Carrie did everything to get my issues resolved!! For someone who’s dependent on their taxes to live life need to calm down and realize if it takes forever it’s not the tax filer!! It’s the IRS so be mad at them!! Carrie is amazing!! So friendly and relatable and gave me an amazing discount!!!! U get more bees with honey than you do with vinegar!!!! Thanks Carrie!! You’re great!

Next time, I will file my taxes with Jackson-Hewitt Tax Service. Carmen hung up on me after waiting two minutes on hold. Poor customer service and $60 wasted. Never again! I'm a very tired man who does not appreciate that KIND of treatment. Lost me as a future tax filer.
