I have been going to Liberty Tax for yearsss. But they are getting worse and worse. The lady on the phone was just Rude. I got hung up on she wouldn’t take an appointment nor answer any of my questions. Didn’t seem knowledgeable or willing to help at all.

This is the first time I been to a Tax Service such as Liberty Tax with the Expertise, Professionalism, and kindness they shoed myself and my husband. We didn't get much back but our treatment was wonderful.DIXIE HIGHWAY OFFICE.

I was supposed to have my tax refund two months ago. I only found this out last month on the IRS website when I found out it wasn't supposed to be taking that long. Liberty Tax has not been making themselves available to contact about this matter. I cannot wait another day. This is too much. I NEED MY MONEY.
