I have been coming to this bank/branch for many years. Every staff member has always been extremely polite and willing to help with any issues that come my way. The branch manager, Jackie went above and beyond for my dad, whom I recommended he go to regarding an auto loan. He was being thrown through the ringer by his previous bank and yet she made everything easy and seamless throughout his transition over. It's safe to say my whole family has switched over all our accounts and highly recommend others do as well. I'm only give 5 stars since 10 stars isn't an option.

I love my Liberty Blankenbaker family!!! The branch is perfectly located and well lit. The facility is clean and always smells great. My children love getting a water and Dum Dums.
All of the staff speak upon entry and the wait is never long!
All my banking needs are met whether I’m in the branch or emailing Jackie Bond.
I have accounts for my personal and business with Liberty.
Jackie Bond helped me open my first account and then we somehow ended up at the same branches over the past 3 years. From Hurstbourne to St. Matthews to Blankenbaker.
This is more than a bank… IT IS FAMILY!

Was a single minute late and the manager didn’t let me cash my check! Awful customer service terrible bank everyone was so rude I wouldn’t recommend banking here to anyone

One stop for banking; saving, checking, and home loan. Clean lobby and really friendly staff. Self-check-in will make your life easier ?they have some complimentary drinks like coffee and tea on sight.

The people there are great, the interest rate is great, ATM''s are free, can't say anything bad about this placeUPDATE: I have been banking with them for almost two years and they have been great. I recently had a financial dispute with another company and it took liberty a little bit but they ended up recovering the money. I will continue to bank here and recommend them to anyone

We recently refinanced with Liberty and had a great experience. To start with, very friendly staff in particular their branch manager Tony and the loan officer we worked with, Stephanie Kiser-Smith.
Stephanie was helpful and communicative. She stayed on top of all the documents needed and kept us well informed throughout the process. The transparency was also very nice because even though we've had a few mortgages up to this point, the process is still complicated and not something we deal with often enough to understand it front to back.
Highly recommend. whether it's financing or just every day banking. They have a great return on their checking accounts, my wife and I have banked with Liberty/ETFCU for quite some time now.
