The service is professional, polite, and timely. The location to events and attractions is great. The rooms….clean but incredibly humid and musty and old smelling. The beds are uncomfortable and the furniture is dated. The room conditions provide the low review.

Honestly, the location was excellent. There is nothing in the area that can compare. HOWEVER, the interior was a little lacking. The lighting was lo-key sketch, the room was pretty humid, and the feel was a little under whelming considering the cost isn't too far off from the nearby Hyatt.

I will start off by saying that this hotel is owned and operated by The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, which makes sense as it is on the campus. The hotel does not have the same amenities as a Hilton or a Marriott, but the rooms are clean.

It was great. We stayed here for 5 days. They have ping-pong tables, pool tables, 2 basketball gyms, and they were supposed to have a swimming pool but it was closed for maintenance. But besides the pool being closed everything was wonderful.
