The atmosphere of the salon is so relaxing and welcoming. The vibes instantly relax and calm me. The pricing is a great value for the quality of work and time put into the extension they put on. You probably COULD find a cheaper place to get extensions but at Lashtastic you know you’re going to get lashes applied correctly. I was having an issue with fall out previously and since going to Chloe, I have seen much better retention with my extensions. If you’re new to extensions they give amazing post care instructions and after 7 years of wearing extensions I learned new and better ways to taking care of my extensions. They provide you with a whole post care kit and the tools you need to take care of them. My first appointment we sat down and she went through my life style and my previous experiences. We talked about the products I use and again I learned more about how products effect the longevity of my extension. If you are looking for a salon that’s going to help you with the maintenance and investment of extensions, this is the place to go.Service: Eyelash extensions

If you’re thinking about getting your lashes done…DO IT!! 10/10 recommend Lashtastic. I was super nervous about getting them done the first time but Chloe was very knowledgeable and walked me step by step through the process. I absolutely love my lash extensions.

Ally is absolutely amazing. My lashes are perfect. She listened to what I asked for and was so inviting. The atmosphere was so relaxing and comfortable. I was welcomed with smiles and left with an even bigger smile because of the service that was provided. It is definitely one of the best places to get services done. This place is great! I've had some not so good work done on my lashes at a couple different places before coming here and it is literally night and day! I first went here to attempt to fix my over processed lash lift. It did improve how they looked, but due to the amount of over curling that was done to my lashes they were still a bit wonky, to no fault of their own! I tried waiting the growth period out, but couldn't take how fried and curled they still looked and asked if it was possible to have extensions put on even though my natural lashes were complete chaos. They were able to and Chloe did an amazing job! She was the one who attempted to fix my lashes at my first appt so she was already familiar with what all I was dealing with. They looked so good after she put the extensions in! They've even lasted longer that previous extensions I had gotten which was very reassuring! They still had the natural look I was going for, just more enhanced. They are very knowledgeable and really take the time to get things how you want them.

originally had an appointment in April and an emergency came up that morning and I had to cancel my full set. I was charged and so I rescheduled for the 18 of May. As I entered I was told to go sit on the couch, so I did and sat there for 15 minutes. I was early but there was no one else in there waiting for any services. Finally get to the appointment and was told there was a communication problem not on my part and I couldn’t get a full set because they had me down for a fill in. So that already bothered me but then went on and was told I needed lash serum from a place called Cala Spa. Which no longer users, a prescription serum. Which in turn followed into I could come back in July. I just prefer not to come back at all. I would like my money back since I kept my appointment yet nothing was done. I am moving for a new teaching position and will not be here at that time. To save us all from wasting our time I would like my money refunded for service that was not completed. The more I thought about it yesterday the more upset and aggravated I became. I had a ceremony that I was attending this Saturday and wanted my lashes done, which of course did not take place. I will be contacting your store next week to take care of this issue.Horrible service!!!!

I have been going to Chloe for about a year now and couldn’t be happier. I’ve tried several “lash salons” in Louisville prior to going to Lashtastic and none of them come close to the level of experience at Lashtastic. They teach you how to wash and clean your lashes, give you a whole bag of tools, and are incredibly responsive. I will be a customer for a long time.

I go to Chloe for lash extensions; She’s always been so warm, welcoming, and lovely to me. She makes me walk out feeling beautiful every time!All staff members make you feel super welcome and treat their regulars as they’re old time friends! The environment is very homey feeling and the atmosphere is very aesthetically pleasing. It’s always super clean and has the cutest decor and sitting area. It has swings I’m always swinging on whenever I arrive a bit early and have to wait! Lol! This place is amazing! I worked with Chloe for my first appt and she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions and she made sure I was knowledgeable about the cleaning procedures and walked me through every step while completing my lashes. Her and Amber were very patient with me and kind when I had concerns following my appointment and even let me come in for free to get it fixed. I cant recommend these talented and kind souls more!
