UPDATE!!!My necklace broke the same exact spot after 2 weeks of wearing it. They couldn’t even do a good job ??And on top of everything the most rude people ever.They ONLY speak Spanish and if you ain’t Cuban or Mexican they don’t want to mess with you or care to help you. They are so damn rude! I went there to fix a necklace and no one told me I needed to save a receipt to pick up my necklace. And I tried explain to her the situation and she asked for my ID then the “boss” speaking to her in Spanish telling her not to give me my necklace without that paper. I was going to call the police but I ended up finding it. The worst jewelry store in Louisville hands down! So damn rude! Hates Americans! They don’t even speak English! If I could give 0 stars I would! And you can see yourself all their reviews are from other Cuban or Spanish people. Worst experience ever!
