Called a second ago to ask a question and I believe her name was Jennifer, but very rude to cut me off half way through the question. I was simply asking about question and she didn’t even let me finish, she was saying “no, no, no”. Never had that happen before and didn’t appreciate it. Even if you heard the question a million times, you can’t just interrupt the customer. What if that wasn’t my question, you didn’t listen to the whole thing so I could of been wondering something else.

I have recently been married, and this branch told me I needed my SS card, new ID AND marriage license. I went to another branch and they made the switch with just a new ID. Love L and N, just not this branch

I’ve only banked with L&N for less than 6 months currently. During these last few months, the staff here have gone above and beyond my expectations with educating me on financial questions for the future and also assisting me with purchasing my first home. Ms. Joy, the bank manager and Wes the loan officer have been phenomenal with staying in contact and sticking to their word. Thank you again and I look forward to being a long term customer.

Awful company to work for. Speaking as someone who works here, there are constant issues with accounts, debit cards go down all the time or get automatically disabled for fraud, the company is struggling to keep staff because the benefits and pay are terrible. People working in the main office are constantly exposed to people bringing COVID in the office, nearly nobody wears masks and who knows how many people are even vaccinated. Everyone was working remote in the main office, but we were forced to go back so the new building looked filled. The CEO Chris Brown is risking people's lives so he can feel like a powerful CEO as he walks around the upper floors of the new building and watching people work below him. Disgusting.

I am a member and called the branch to get live service for a simple question but not to check my balance or anything I can do automatically. There were six calls ahead of me and had to wait for a long time. Must be short staffed or have difficulty with phone call service. Could be a management issue? When I go in person, I get prompt service.

Walked in, secretly shopping for a new financial institution. I simply asked for change for a $50. The rep was cold, rude & unwelcoming. Barely made eye contact while blurting out, we only give change to our customers. She never even inquired to see if I already had an existing bank account elsewhere. They just lost both a business and personal accounts due to poor customer service. -0 stars!
