1 star is too much... Maybe 1/2 a star
I'm so tired of spending my money at this location just to get bad, outta date stuff. Wish I could show a picture of my food. Waste of my money and gas and time. Kroger getting rich off our money and stocking rotten stuff

This is honestly the worse grocery store I have ever been to. The staff is incredibly rude and management is terrible. There are problems almost every time I shop here. The location is very convenient for me, but I go to other stores if I am able due to my terrible experiences here

I literally left the store without getting even half of what I came there to get because it was WAY too hot inside the store!! I was sweating profusely, overheated, exhausted, and couldn't think straight. I had only been there about a half hour or so. I left the store QUICKER bc it was too hot and I couldn't take it anymore.

Nice grocery section and actually a large deli section. They have a large card selection for greeting cards. If they have a toy section at all it does not exist. I found three of the large buckets with Hot Wheels dumps in them.

The frozen food section continues to have expired food. I have taken those items off the shelves and given them to the Managers and workers. No one seems to care and the next week more expired food. So, buyer beware. Check those dates.

When did carts start locking? I was on my way out the door after my purchase and my cart locked- tipping over my 5 packs of sodas and crushing my groceries. I had to wait for a cashier to come unlock it.

Has a great selection of products, but prices are not as low as they are trying to make it appear. After they cut the senior program, the food bill went up for the same items. Since all this inflation, I have done more cooking at home: soups, easy rolls, slow cooker meals. And have used more sale items.

Has to be the worst manager Kroger in Louisville, ten minute lines to check out, 50/50 if you’ll have to bag your own groceries, if you want a cart you need to bring it in from the parking lot yourself.

The worse, no man check lanes open front end manager standing around. Hey how about opening a check lane. Self check lane open not working correctly. Damn this place sucks.
Don't know how they have a 4.2 rating should be below 2.

Will allow their employees to follow you out to your car and threaten you. Young man was not sent home or reprimanded. Instead allowed to keep working BEWARE!!!! Manager was 0 help in providing employee name for official complaint. Corporate and lawyer was notified and aware!
