Predatory sales guys brought in to push their credit cards on unexpecting older adults by calling it their "new" Kroger card, I didn't have that on my Kroger bingo card.

When I go to this Kroger to get a hot lunch at 12:30, there is usually no hot food ready or there will be chicken with no sides or, like today, sides with no chicken. Seems like you’d want the food ready before lunch so you could sell more of it. Start cooking earlier: that’s my advice.

This one was kind of hard to rate because the weather was really bad so in this instance I should have closed early… I went out in the bad weather because I thought they were open… of course they weren’t and I was left out in the cold…

Fell off since Covid. Produce and meat departments are a wreck, always under stocked.
Most things that are marked on sale don’t ring up that way at register.

Kroger is a convenient and reliable store, even though it’s on the smaller side compared to other locations. While the size might limit the variety in some areas, it still manages to have everything you need for everyday shopping.
The meat selection is okay—not the most impressive, but decent for the price. You might not find specialty cuts, but the quality is fine for basic cooking needs. Today still standing in line every employee including the manager I assume looked right over me and asked a white lady if she needed help but completely looked passed me a black man who has been standing here for almost an hour just to cash a check completely unacceptable Kroger

The shelves are never stocked, most produce is already spoiled, and the employees are very rude. Most recently, the individuals at the butcher counter refused to assist me with a cut of meat without explanation. I will never return. I hope one day Kroger gets a competitor in the Highlands/St. Matthews area so that we actually have options and can avoid this pitiful chain altogether.

I AM AT ONE MY FAVORITE STORES
HERE IN THE HIGHLAND.
MY CAKES HAVE ALWAYS COME FROM OTHER BAKERIES ,
BUT KROGER BAKERIES ARE BECOMING
WEll KNOW,
FOR GOOD CAKES.
IT WAS BEAUTIFUL, AND WORTH THE PRICE.
PEOPLE WERE TALKING ABOUT, THE
ICING,
WHEN THEY SAW THE CAKE,
SOME PEOPLE TOOK PICTURES OF
THE CAKE,
THEN
THE TASTE MELTED IN U MOUTH,
EVERYONE HAD TO HAVE A PIECE,
IT Went OUT QUICKLY.
It MADE MY PARTY A SUCCESS!!
A BIG THANK YOU TO THE BAKERS,
AN STAFF, FOR A SUCH,A WONDERFUL, AND BEAUTIFUL CAKE,

if I could give negative stars I would, the managers higher up (except Diane is her name I think) are the reason why the store is in such horrible shape.
