Kroger really needs do something about that store manager. I have been shopping there for 10 years and never seen a manager talk down on their employees like he does. I’ll honestly take my business to Publix or even Walmart if the company allows that type of behavior.

Worst customer service ever. Always feel like it's the customers fault for needing to use the service counter.
Customers are clearly an inconvenience for this store

They put bad security guard, they stopped me to enter at 9:50PM, I wanted to buy just milk. 5 min enough to buy what I need.

Carts and baskets are never available. The manager says they are 150 carts short but Kroger corporate refuses to buy more carts. Be ready to carry your groceries through the store. I’ll start shopping at Aldi.

Place is barely stocked and when it is stocked half of the stuff is out of date they need people who can read dates and keep stuff stocked up like there supposed to and open when they decide to

1. Never enough staff or self checkout lanes to get out efficiently.
2. Constantly altering the layout and displays in the store casing confusion.
3. The toiletries area where I independently have to shop away from the rest of the store.
4. The carts that are immobile both inside and outside of the store, regardless of proximity.
5. The lack of help, save for the cheese counter. God will spare them in the apocalypse.
The purposefully placed selection of mostly throwaway junk food between the produce section to the sushi are. Rainbow layered cake and nasty old bean dip that no one buys.
6. "There's a customer service call for 101" that plays non stop for hundreds of times on end and never shuts up for any logical reason.
7. The terrible choices of music that blast for 20 seconds before being bombarded by the customer service calls.
8. The self checkout conveyor that constantly fails because green onions are too light to pass over it to trigger it.
9. The stench from the seafood area that screams it's not properly being cleaned.
10. The armed rent a cops that harass everyone out the door to see their receipts. I pulled 60 hours this week, and not so some academy failing jackass could stop to bug me to see if I paid for my apple fritters.
I avoid this Kroger at almost all costs. I'd 10/10 rather, and do go to my tiny crappy Kroger up the road because no one is stopping to question me and I know where everything is. Kroger is a multi-billion dollar corporation and I'm tired of being treated like an fn criminal when I'm trying to feed myself. So much is a blatant ripoff and they know it. I'm sick of their police state trash. I'll do what I did last time. Throw my receipt and keep walking. I haven't stolen **** but don't push me.

There's a girl up here at the pharmacy with curly hair who needs to watch her little attitude before she catches the wrong one. Won't be coming back here because of her.

I just went to this Kroger at 8:30 PM on December 6 to get my son some formula. This is the second time I have gone into this Kroger and they have told me or my husband that they have misplaced the key to the formula cabinet for babies the lady who told me was very pleasant and I understand things happen but why in the world would you lose a key to something so vital knowing that people need this formula? I’m not very happy with the way things are running at that Kroger, they need to take better care of things that are very important like a key to a cabinet of baby formula. Because of this, I will never shop at the Kroger again.

Store has started checking receipts for all customers. It's a very invasive and frustrating process when the store already has so many other ways to prevent theft.

Amazingly HORRIBLE.
HALF THE REGISTERS ARE CLOSED EVEN THE AUTOMATED ONES. IF THEY HAVE TWO ROWS OF AUTO CHECK REGISTERS HALF OF THEM ARE NOT OPEN !!?? IT'S NOT EVEN RUSH HOUR AND THE PLACE IS COMPLETELY PACKED LINES IN EVERY REGISTER AND THE REGISTERS THAT ARE OPEN HALF OF THEM ARE NOT WORKING? I'M NOT SURE WHAT THEY PLAN ON DOING FOR THE HOLIDAYS BUT IF YOU HAVE TWO OR ONE PERSON'S WORKING AUTOCHECK AREAS THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON THAT ANY OF AUTO REGISTERS ARE NOT WORKING

Kroger made over 3 billion in profits last year alone. Yet, in spite of that they've decided that they didn't make enough because of theft. So their solution is to treat each customer as if they're guilty, until the customer goes out of their way to prove otherwise. I will not be treated as if I'm a criminal until proven innocent, especially for a loaf of bread! This company is not hurting for resources, it's their customers and their employees who are!
I will never shop inside this location again.

Such a busy Kroger, and I had to wait over an hour for customer service cause there was no one up there to replace who was on break. Then, when they got back had us waiting another 20. Crazy

The grocery store itself is fine. Selection is often limited or out-of-stock. On multiple occasions I have been harassed by other customers. Kroger pickup is pretty fast, but often 1/4 to 1/2 of the order I received is wrong.
