I go to this place all of the time and can always come out of the store with something that I didn't find myself coming into the store for in the first place, and the service is good also.

I am giving 5 stars because this store is trying to improve but it is shopped hard. They try to keep up with the demand of the customer but because of the lack of stores in the western part of town this store is shopped hard. You will stand in line, and the pharmacy is slow. That is because there is 1 large store in area and no pharmacy in this area. It looks like they have been staffing the store to keep up with the demand, of the customer so you will see new faces. The employees have to take a lot off of nasty customers and that is why you might not see a smile here or there. Thank you Kroger for trying to fix the store issues and problems,keep going your 👍🏽doing a great job

I hate this place pharmacy is slow and is always busy. No one takes there time and it always horrible. Some people do there job thank you to those who do, for the ones who don't get fierd.

Y'all need a new cake maker or higher new ones. This is the 3rd birthday this year of me trying to get a cake made, she never at work when she is she "booked and busy" website say 48 hrs. she talking about 72 hrs. Its Tuesday I need it for Saturday she couldn't even do that. All I'm saying is you need a new baker that can handle the demand the store has for ordering cakes. If you tried to order a cake and had the same issues as me please like this post so management can see, how much money they loosing with this part time baker.
Thank you Kroger 2nd street for fulfilling my order, it's sad I can't support my own neighborhood Kroger!!!

Garbage. I’ve been using this pharmacy for six months, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently frustrating. My prescriptions are rarely refilled on time, which has caused me to run out of a needed Rx multiple times.
Communication is also a major issue. The pharmacy rarely answers the phone, and even when I leave a voicemail, I never receive a call back. The drive-thru is almost always closed, which adds to the inconvenience. To reach someone, I often have to call repeatedly, and even then, there have been instances where my call was disconnected.
I hope the management addresses these issues soon because reliable service and communication are essential when it comes to healthcare.

This particular Kroger has quite an overload of pharmacy patients and the staff is unequipped to handle the workload. This pharmacy is run by lazy, stuck in their way, old people and they are in desperate need of replacement. If I had literally any other options for a pharmacy within walking distance I would use them.

I used to be a loyal Kroger customer, no more. I live almost 10 blocks away and walk there. I have a wagon to haul my groceries in, I paid over 50 dollars for it, and now I can't use it at their pathetic store? I have to leave it up front to be stolen? Not me! They may think they're the only business that sells groceries, but THEY ARE NOT!!!!!!!!!! My advice do what I plan on doing go to Wal Mart, Family Dollar Store and Save A Lot places that treat their customers with appreciation. This place is garbage.

Went there to get chicken salad it was disgusting it was watery no chicken at all I mean it was pureed this store doesn't even deserve 1 star from here on out I will not shopping here Kroger needs to get out of the neighborhood 🙃 👎🏾

Just treat us bad...Very poor conditions. The cleanliness of this store is beyond ridiculous. The dirt on the floor looks as if it been there for days on days and it's all over the store not just one area. Who wants to shop in filth. Is there not a maintenance crew that keeps the floors clean, spill free, gift card free, trash free who cleans the store 🤔
