This is my mom's favorite Kroger. They are conveniently located in Jeffersontown. They carry varieties of foods and goods. The cashier was very friendly.

Nobody wants to be shopping for groceries and immediately upon entry be harassed by solicitors of internet and cable companies trying to sell you their product. You can tell them no 10 times and they will still be trying to talk to you as you walk away. I have not had this experience at other grocery stores. Do better Kroger! I will rate more stars if this changes in the future but don’t plan on visiting anytime soon.

I'm here at least once a day. Clean store, courtesy staff, the remodeling took some getting used to, but a great location and store.
Erman is a saint! One of the best features of this store. Kroger, and planet earth, is lucky to have him!

Usually everything is in stock and the staff is friendly. It's currenty going through remodeling which is still pretty clean. I do wish the bathrooms here were cleaner. They always have a mildew smell and everything is wet like someone just went through with old mop water and didn't care.

Sometimes I have to come to this Kroger to find what I need, but I really despise being harassed by someone trying to sell me something when I walk in the door. I will be avoiding this Kroger in the future, as well as any other Kroger that allows this.

Recently I've been actively avoiding this Kroger when I can. Not sure why this Kroger allows Spectrum to set up a booth inside the entrance of the store, but I don't enjoy being hassled by sales people when I'm trying to go grocery shopping or pick up prescriptions.

Mondays after 8pm close 6 lane self checkout and keep 3 lane open.
50% reduction in checkout and huge delays. I've left 2 full carts sitting in the past 6 weeks.
No more.
Stupid management, retarded thinking.
